Today I did a short 30 minute MPL workout. I needed a light day today as I am still coughing so much. Ugh. It was tough and a good stretch.

This morning I did
Hydrow 20 min. Circuit-Rowing & Hiit Workout
Peloton-15 min Treadmill & Standing Core Workout
KCM-Power Split dvd-(I programmed a dvd mix which worked out to be 20 min.)

Hi ladies,

Today I did a Taebo Power workout which was 45 minutes long. He used little round weights you hold for the 'strength ' part. It was good and my foot only screamed after I was done and not for as long so that is good.

Nice workouts you two, Siobhan, my brother still has a cough and he is 2 years out from having Covid the 1st time. And he got it a 2nd time just recently. Take care of yourself.
