Daily Check-in Monday, January 27th, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did RWH Upper Body Circuit. I forgot how challenging that one is! Mind you I increased my weights slightly so.... maybe that.

So nice to see everyone checking in yesterday, even if it was a rest day for some. We have a lovely community here and it keeps me so accountable for my health and fitness. Have a wonderful day.

Today's workouts:

IFit- "Pure Cardio: Time Crunch Treadmill workout #2- 20 min.
Blender- " Move, Roll & Stretch" - 39 min.

Low Impact Athletic Training. I used 2 risers for the whole thing, medium loop band, light tension tubing for the first parts, then medium tubing for the rest. There's definite improvement because when I first started with this one, I used 1 riser, light tubing & a light loop band. I feel like I get a little of everything in this workout.

I'm giving the first week of the September 2024 rotation a try.

Siobhan, wow with RWH Upper Body Circuit. I love when you all bring up workouts I've forgotten about. I vaguely remember that one and that it was challenging. I'll have to try it again!

Linda, you do a lot of cardio! That's awesome. I need to get more in my routine.

Deanna, Low Impact Athletic Training - that one is hard. Good to hear of your improvement on the step height and band and loop tension. Another one I need try again!

Today, I did STS 2.0 Super Sets for 59 minutes; STS 2.0 Mini ball abs for 11 minutes and finished with Perfect 30 Extended Stretch for 9 minutes. I feel thoroughly worked out!

Hi ladies,

Today was 2 cardio kickboxing workouts back to back. First was a Kombat Fitness the cardio only which was 43 minutes but I forgot the number, then I did a Myz workout number 16 which was 33 minutes long. So I think I am cardioed out.

Tomorrow will be the gym.

Alot of kickboxing for sure!
