Daily Check-in Monday, January 26th, 2026

Good Morning Ladies,

For the 2nd day in 1.5 weeks, Toronto is having a snow day! I am so happy for the kids and students . We have many winters with barely any snow here. It's been a crazy snowy winter. We got over 50 cm of snow. It's knee deep out there. I love snow.

That said, today I did 2.0 Killers Legs (except the last two segments). I added on a 10 minute YT KB workout instead. I'll stretch now.

Hi Siobhan and others,

We got snow and ice, hubby thinks maybe 6 inches of snow plus ice on top. He shoveled yesterday into the evening and again this morning with 2 sons showing up to help( not on their own we had to ask for help) now hubby and middle son are going to help out youngest son shovel his gravel driveway.

Today I found another Fit with Ashlee Cardio kickboxing workout and did it for 51 minutes , she had push-ups and mountain climbers in the middle and more push ups at the end with some regular abwork.

It was good and I modified where needed. I wore my boxing gloves for the workout.

Nice workout for legs Siobhan.

We got some freezing rain but that's about it for us! I would love to see some snow but only for a few days!

Annette, nice workout with Fit with Ashlee Cardio kickboxing workout and did it for 51 minutes. Ouch on the pushups and mountain climbers!
 
I will not be able to do a workout for a while - every time I do, my leg gets worse and there is so much chronic pain. It's hard to sleep.
Once I get my doctor appointment, hoping I will be able to slowly start back. My home gym is mostly complete now.

Nicki- I pray for you that you get some answers and relief from this chronic pain. It just sucks, I wish you were free from all of that. Hopefully, your doctor will offer some up some realhelp and relief. SO you do all that oyyou want physically pain free. There are answers and I pray they will come soon.
