Daily Check-in Monday, January 20th, 2025

Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live - Quick Fix Cardio for 30 minutes. I gotta say this one was really tough for me. That's all I am doing. I haven't had a rest day since last Monday so... I am taking it a bit easier these last couple of days.

More snow yesterday, I shoveled again and I am again moving slower this AM. So just a short little
blender this morning........"Biceps Workout" for 20 min.

I'm hoping to get in a workout or two today. I'm watching the inauguration and can't seem to tear myself away.

Hi ladies,

Today was a new Mza workout for 37 minutes. It was a Cardio Kickboxing workout and was pretty good. He was holding the mic again and was hard to hear, he even almost punched his fellow exerciser who didn't hear his instructions twice!! But my workout is done, yay!!

Nice workouts to those who have do e and will do workouts today.

We got snow yesterday and bitter cold today.

Add on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Using 3 pound weights
