Hi ladies,
Today was a new Mza workout for 37 minutes. It was a Cardio Kickboxing workout and was pretty good. He was holding the mic again and was hard to hear, he even almost punched his fellow exerciser who didn't hear his instructions twice!! But my workout is done, yay!!
Nice workouts to those who have do e and will do workouts today.
We got snow yesterday and bitter cold today.
