Daily Check-in, Monday, February 3, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 35 minutes of 2.0 LB 1 (I skipped over some moves and didn't do the stretch as I stretch in between). I added in 10 minutes of BB abs. I will do my own extended stretch now.

I booked a class at my gym for this afternoon to see how much I could do with my leg. Vanessa, trainer, says she will give me modifications for anything that is questionable right now. Looking forward to it. Going to try and get an upper body workout in for lunch. Will update later!

I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Yesterday was my 39th wedding anniversary, probably do something on DH's day off in the midst of DH and youngest son working on installing security systems.

Great job on today's workout with:

Blender- " Lower Body Firewalker Loop Workout" - 25 min.- Sounds like a Cathe witchy Cackle worthy;)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit- Sounds fantastic:)

At lunch, I did STS 2.0 Upper Body for 57 minutes and Total Body Stretching SB#1 for 13 minutes. Looking forward to the HiiT Functional at the gym tonight!!

Hi ladies,

Today I did another Fitness Kombat number 43. I started another one and did the warm up of about 5 minutes before I realized that I had done it before. The one I did was Mix 43 in the Warm up- Box 1-Power 1 and Kicks 1 for 3 rounds with no final round on kicks then floorwork for abs and legs and glutes with a stretch. 57 minutes plus the 5 minutes of the 1st one equalling about 62 minutes total.

This format he used in the Xtreme Box ones so this was a 1st for the Kombat ones but it is still good.

If you know what Les Mills Body Combat looks like then this is similar to Body Combat without all the starts and stops and changes of instructors that Body Combat has and done much better with the music.

Anyway, great variety today ladies!

I'm trying the new February 2025 rotation, so I did Strong & Sweaty Ramped Up Upper Body Mish Mosh Extreme #3, but I also added the LMR Upper Body Bonus disc. I am definitely seeing improvement in everything! I went a little heavier in weight today & even did better on those discs! I enjoyed the mix of abs in the upper body work too!

I did not make it to the gym. My right leg is screaming and I'm in so much pain. will try again soon. Until then, I will continue with upper body and LMR. I think the stretches I'm doing are aggravating my leg. Will try to avoid stretching the legs. :(

I notice the User's Guide doesn't have the STS 2.0/LMR Rotation, so I shared it in another reply to your post. The User's Guide has Rotations for LMR/Beginner, LMR/ ICE, LMR/LiTe, LMR/ Low Impact Series, & LMR/Low Impact Cardio.
