Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

KCM- Power Splits- Premix: Power Upper Body with no finisher- 22 min.
IFit- "Meeting of the Waters" Treadmill walk, Cambridge, New Zealand - 20 min.

That's it for me today. Hope I can get some cleaning done. We shall see! I am so bad for finding "other
things" to do instead of what I should be doing ! ;)

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm still not 100% but I'm good to get back to working out. Today I did a mix of 2023 videos killer legs - 38 minutes and BB Upper Body bodyweight for 5 minutes (I can't get thru the 5 minutes). That's is for me today.

Hi ladies,

Today is my friend Judy's 72nd birthday so I hope to stop by her house soon.

Today was a Fitness Kombat mix 41 that was 59 minutes long with weight and floorwork at the end with a cooldown stretch. It was good. I am really really liking these workouts.

On the rotation for today was STS 2.0 Upper Body 2. I added on the LMR Upper Body Balance Disc Bonus & the Abs + Stretch from Body Blast KPC. I took a total rest over the weekend, so I was ready to go this morning! Happy Monday everyone!
