Good Monday Morning Everyone,

It's Family Day here. I'm sorry to be so MIA! I ended up getting whatever my DH had and now I cannot work out until it clears. I'm still working, just not working out. I'm being very careful of my energy. I hope to be back at it later this week!

I hope everyone is enjoying life and doing well. I'll try to check in!

Blender- "Foam Roller & Balance discs mix" - 26 min.

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, sorry your hubby shared, not very nice of him. My youngest son had the flu this weekend started late last week. Praying that he didn't share with his wife.

Today was the last Fitness Kombat that I found initially on YouTube. It had a nice fun factor despite it being a little more of a learning curve. It was Mix 44 and was 55 minutes long including killer floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts Linda and Deanna.

Oh and they just uploaded a new one from yesterday of Kombat Fitness so I guess I will have 1 more to try. It is longer like 59 minutes. Guess I will find out on Wednesday if I like it.

Another fun Kombat Fitness Mix 44 Annette, for 55 min. They must be some fun & effective workouts!

YT- Kombat Fitness- Mix 44= 55 Min also includes floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and stretch. That is a very thorough sounding workout, awesome stuff. I see that you said it was the las t one posted but then you saw they just uploaded another one, YAY!!! That will give you another workout to look forward to.
I hope your youngest if recovering from his flue and that his wife did not get it.

in the full 32 min. workout? Without the finisher, the workout is about 21 min. I have it
on my schedule, without the finisher…Hee hee, maybe you did it twice! Awesome!
