Good morning girls....

Today's workouts:

Interval Timer App- "Elliptical BootCamp" - 15 min.
YT-Hydrow- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit Training

That's it. I am having internet/phone issues since yesterday and need to be quick before it goes again!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is family day so it's a holiday. This morning I did a mix of LMR2 for chest/triceps/shoulders (40 minutes). I added on 10 minutes of a Cathe Live for planks and sit-ups. I will do my own stretch now.
