KCM-Cardio Fit dvd- Workout # 1 - 30 min.
Blender- "Total Body with Active Recovery" - 26 min.

Hi ladies,

I did a CDorner Combat Cardio / Kickboxing workout off YouTube which was 46 minutes. It was really good, I think I have done it before but don't know for sure. I wore my wrist weights for most of it. I really loved the music in this one.

Now I have to change and go to my kidney doctor appointment at 2.
