This morning I did the bonus combo on Cathe's Bootcamp + Muscle Endurance. I did not do the abs because I did those last evg. I did XTrain Core #1.

Hi Ladies - just finished to the max! I didnt realize there was so much leg in this workout after doing Cardio leg Blast yesterday! I could not finish the workout and stopped at the compound weights section. Dripping in sweat, good workout.

Hi ladies,

The show was amazing! I have seen it before, but that was before they "revised " it. The audience was on its feet before the final note was finished. Just wonderful!!

Today was To the Max . I did TTM Extreme that eliminated the step portion and adds a low impact tabata, plus the core. I really like it this way.
 
Hi gals, I can only workout today and Friday (hopefully) this week. I have sub jobs T, W and Th and youngest has a doctor's appt. on Friday in another city.

Today I did Ultimate Taebo with weighted gloves on, 30 min. of it. I was actually down (scale is playing with me as when I put new batteries in I went back up, :(:eek: ) so I am down now a little which is good.
