Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Upper Body Burn" Rowing & Weights Circuit
YT-Angie Fitness- "Health Bounce, Power Walk & Stretch" Rebounder workout - 15 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout
Blender add-on: "Chest Expansion & Spinal Decompression" roller session - 12 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was Kombat Fitness 51 for 56 minutes including the awesome cardio, hand weights and floorwork with stretch.

I am trying to make freezer meals , I grilled chicken this weekend with different marinades and then froze it. Today I need to keep going with that and clean some.

Another great Kombat Fitness 51 workout Annette for 56 min. Yes, I should have started
some cleaning today, but (sigh) I didn’t do it! I did wash towels & dishes tho’ :)
 
Good evening ladies;)

Sorry for the late check-in. I had to hand wash two loads of laundry by hand in the kitchen sink using a bamboo washboard. It was tough on my hands and having to wring out everything as best as I could. Why? My washing machine died on me, ugh! I bought the washboard just in case, glad I did. So I'm exhausted I did workout but will not be able (Sore Hands)to type everyone's feed back, sorry.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 20 min.20 min MOOD BOOSTING Indoor Cycling Workout= 20 Min

That's it for me today. I got to help DH move move out defunked wahing washing machine.

LMR Functional Upper Body on the rotation for today. I did the Premix that includes the Bonus Balance Discs. I increased my weights again & even saw some more improvement with the balance discs. I LOVE this series!
