Morning fit women!

This will be short and sweet this morning as I'm running behind.

Yesterday was:

HSC warm-up and cardio only
SJP all four hi/lo segments
25 minute run

Today will be GS BSB and some core.

Jane: SS UBB is a FUN workout. The music is great and it really challenges the muscles in different ways.

Good morning Ladies!

DH is off so slept in this morning and am off to work. So I will work out later when I get home. Think I'm going to try Billy's Advanced Bootcamp today. Basic Training was pretty easy. So I'll give the next one a try today then incorporate it with my Cathe workouts.

Have fun w/ GS BSB Shelley and Tammy. Hope your hip is OK!

I'll have to try the SS workouts Jane. I have it but haven't tried it yet. Only the Fittv version which in itself was fun.

Morning ladies! Today was IMAX 2 followed by C&W abs. I couldn't hold off any longer and invested in "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". So far I am really enjoying it. I am off work today, so after I get home from running some errands and having lunch with a friend of mine, I'll be at home reading away.

Good morning everyone and happy day off to those so fortunate!~

Today was my long cardio day on the rotation, so I did 2 segments of Step Til you Drop 2, and the core/stretch segment. 90 minutes in all, which is the max time I have to workout anyways!!

Hi Tammy! It seems to be doing better. I did a short run yesterday because I really wasn't sure of it, but it seems okay today.

How's yours?:p And how is that blister?

Kali...do those Billy ones have the tubing?

Katie...I do love the music in Imax2...makes me forget how tough it is...

My P90X rotation calls for Chect & Back but since that is not my fav I am subbing Cathe's GS Chest and Back workouts instead, and Abripperx, plus some cardio.

The bad news is I am starting to get a cold...:(...thanks to my DH!!

Hi girls.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing today. I still have a cold. I currently am able to breathe well enough that I should be able to survive BodyMax if I choose to but I just got up and you know how things get worse as the day progressess...x(

I'll check in later with what I actually did.

Hello, ladies - Hope everyone had a good weekend! I'm off today, so I think I'll get in some extra cardio. I'm going to dust off an old Charlene Prickett workout - Crazy for Step. It's about 75 or 80 minutes total but not terribly intense. So I'm going to do its warm up and cardio, then pop in Cathe's KM blasts for some extra punch. I'll do some abs, too. Maybe Core Max ball only. Then a good stretch, which I missed this weekend!

Saturday I barely managed a workout. PMS wiped me out, and I just sat on the couch and read during my normal workout time. Then it decided to leave me alone early in the evening, so I squeezed in SB and 1 hr of upper body weights to John Mellencamp's "Scarecrow." Sunday I did LM, Leaner Legs, GS-Legs calves and floor work, and about 18 minutes of abs.
 
Shelley, do you think so? I can only manage an hour a day during the work week, so I try to make up for it on weekends. It's the only way I feel like I'm meeting my goals!

Yesterday I did Christi Taylor's "Still Steppin'", and StretchMax2. Thank you to everyone who wished me well. The plugged duct has resolved itself, but I now have cold: stuffy nose and cough. Ugh. This too shall pass....

Thank you to everyone who made such nice comments about my family photos! We had them taken at Sears a couple of weeks ago, and those are proofs of six photos that we chose *not* to put into our package. We'll be getting the photos that we really liked in a week, and after I put them on the picture trail, I'll let you know. Your nice comments made me feel really great, so thank you for that!

Shelley - Nice mish mosh yesterday!

Jane - I love SuperSets. I'm going to have to do it soon. Does the UB Blast do the upper body work 3 times? Do you really think Paris looks like me? Cool :)

Tammy - that's a really nice workout you have planned for today. Intense.

Kali - Yes, I like Christi's workouts a lot, but don't use them very much because she doesn't have the intensity that Cathe has (at least, not in the workouts I own). Her choroegraphy is more complicated than Cathe's, which makes them challenging in that regard. Once you get the hang of her choreography, the workouts are really fun. I like to use them on days when I'm feeling less than 100% (I used them a lot when I was pregnant). Have fun with your new workouts!

Katie - sounds like you did your perfect workout this morning! How did you do with IMAX2? Have you gotten your stamina back? And let me know what you think of BFFM!

Conni - whew! That's a long workout, for sure! Who's the instructor with Step til you Drop?

Carole - You'd rather do all those push ups in GS Chest, than do P90X chest? What in the world do you have to do in P90X chest? One hundred pushups with an anvil on your back?? :) How are you feeling today after yesterday's long run?

Judy - Oh my! That's a long, intense cardio! You're doing a great job with the February rotation!

TiGGer - I hope you feel better soon. Your comments yesterday about my pictures made me feel downright bashful. You are too kind. Kate in that snowsuit just cracks me up. Paris calls her the PuffBall when she's in it; I think she looks like a great big snowball. You can thank Olivia Newton John for making all Sandra's and Sandy's appear blonde :)

Shannon - my, you generated enough energy from your workouts on the weekend to power your home! Good job!

Robyn - I love Slow & Heavy. Enjoy your rotation! And best of luck with the college shopping!

My day is kinda messed up with dh being home for the holiday.

I did PUB warm up and biceps up only and Billy's Cardio Bootcamp for cardio. My weight is down 2 pounds so hopefully I am heading in the right direction.

Ha! Funny all you with DH's home for the day. Single here so none of that confusion!

I had an interview today and it went really well :) I spoke with the President at the end (small company) and he said everyone had said positive things! Yippee. I'm not sure about the commute and the flexibility. Sounds like they want to do reference checks :)

I'm also really interested in the Weds (1st one)

I had a great Imax (original) workout today. I haven't dont it in ages.

I've gotta send out the thank you email and will reply more!

Tammy - my ex lives out in Albany so this could workout great for my son. Close but not close. I'll definetly PM you next time we go. It would great to catch up. Is your son looking for school in NY? So many great schools.

Work tomorrow. :( but at least I'm off the rest of the week !
 
Sandra, my stamina is back to normal (Yea!!!). I am back to being able to do all my workouts straight through. My next big step is to go back to doing all my workout (except the IMAX's) on an 8" step. That will start this week, so we'll see how it goes. I am doing SB on Wednesday I think, so that will be the real test. I'm so glad to be back at it again with full intensity! Thanks for asking!

There are 3 instructors with their own segments, I can't remember their names, but they have two tapes, Step til you drop 1 and 2.

I'm fighting a chest cold and cough! I don't feel bad, it just hurts when I cough. Going to work out anyway tho just in case I'm worse tomorrow with this thing.

Yes Carole this workout has the tubing and OMG! I can't get over how they work!!! Holy Crap! Hope your cold doesn't get too bad!

Hi Robyn! I like these new workouts, but I think Cathe is harder. I just wanted something to change it all up a bit. I know tons of people who have had awesome results with Billy Blanks so I figured it couldn't hurt to throw them into the mix.

Annette, congrats on the 2lbs! Keep it up!

Shannon...I can relate to compensating when I feel I didn't workout enough during the week or for a few days because of time etc.

Hey Wendy! Hope you're feeling better! I started taking Vitamin C like you suggested in the fall and have not been sick until now! So I can't complain. I just hope I don't end up with bronchitis like I usually do when I get sick.

I was going to do Billy's Advanced Bootcamp but don't feel like getting my HR up too much or I'm going to have a coughing fit that may last all night (WHICH I HATE) so I think I will do GS legs instead and use my tubing since I don't have the dyna bands. Wish me luck!
