Today was RWH Low impact Hiit 1 and Core 2.

Back at work, things are just crazy!!
 
Hi ladies,

I did the Get Amped Taebo and then went to the gym and concentrated on shoulders, but also did some chest, biceps, and triceps along with some abs and a little leg work.

Trying to get my son to venture out beyond the machines. Got a little cable work out of him today, he is afraid of free weights, sigh. I'll keep working on him.

Hi ladies today I did gym styles chest and tris. Cut it a little short cuz tris are still sore from The other day.
