Today's workouts:
Blender- "My Giant Sets" - 35 min.
Blender add-on: "Weight Plate Abs" - 11 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Row & Upper Body Burn Circuit
That's it..........enjoy your day..........I think I will make tomorrow (Tuesday) a "longer" day so I can take a "rest" day on Wednesday and still get in the workouts on my weekly schedule. We'll see.
