Good morning! & waves to all!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "My Giant Sets" - 35 min.
Blender add-on: "Weight Plate Abs" - 11 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Row & Upper Body Burn Circuit

That's it..........enjoy your day..........I think I will make tomorrow (Tuesday) a "longer" day so I can take a "rest" day on Wednesday and still get in the workouts on my weekly schedule. We'll see.
 
Ripped with HiiT Circuit Lower Body Premix #8. One riser, not two. Whew! I think the music keeps me going in this one! LOL! It goes by FAST though! FUN FUN FUN!!!!! I wanted one of the tougher workouts today since I'm not sure how much workout time I'll find over the next two days.

Today was Gloved Up and Sweaty + Floor Cardio premix ~ 45 minutes. Glad I got something in with hubby being home.

Nora, Canada's Christmas day is the same as ours, December 25th. You are probably thinking
about Thanksgiving, their Thanksgiving is in October and ours, of course, is in November.
