Hi Everyone,

Today I did more Sweat on Demand cycling - 35 minutes + my own workout blender workout of chest (PUB + ICE meltdowns) + triceps (PUB + ICE meltdowns).

I did my own stretch + a bit of cathe's.

Melanie - enjoy your rest day. I always feel rejuvenated the next day when I take a day off. And, your daughter wants to be in the rodeo? Not sure what that is but it sounds like she must be a very skilled young person to even consider this. Wow! I hope she goes for it. Why not. The worst that can happen is a No.

This morning was Cardio Hiit Metabolic Live. This is a great workout in 48 minutes and includes core work.

Ceci - don't you love the workout blender? I could spend hours making up new workouts.

Hi gals,

So now the fridge is working again, so who knows what we are doing, sigh!

Today I taught my Silver and Fit workout 3 to 11 members for 51 minutes, then after a 35 minute break I taught my Chair Kickbox circuit workout to 10 ladies for an hour. Tough combo for this morning but I can tweak the 2nd workout to make it easier on me.

Hardcore series- Muscle max. Really struggled through this. My body just wasn't into it but luckily my mind said keep going. Not sure why I am feeling so blah- even slept in an extra hour and a half as the house was empty this morning.
Lisa- the HIIT you did sounds interesting. I think I will give it a try tomorrow if I don't make it into town for my HIIT class.
Ceci- my daughter rodeos (barrel racing and roping) but it is very hard to make a living at it. It's like any other professional sport- only a few do well enough to survive only rodeoing. She is pursuing equine therapy right now as a career.
