KY & Plyo HIIT 2 - Wow! What a fantastic workout in such a short time! It combines everything I love, heart pumping cardio, stepping, tons of jumping up and down and in a dose that didn’t kill me. :)

Hi ladies,

Today I had 5 for my Silver and Fit 4 which includes the Electric Slide and the Cowboy Hustle. It was about 52 minutes.

Then I did 46 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Nice workout.
