August is over. That was fast.

Today I took a rest day and did a short Brett Larkin morning yoga (30 minutes).

Yes,August is gone.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 2 routine to 6 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.

In there somewhere I also did 22 minutes on the elliptical for some extra cardio.

Hey Everyone!

Yes, it’s feeling distinctly fall-like here. Some of the trees are beginning to color.

KY & S&H Chest & Back + a 40 minute walk. It’s been forever since I did S&H and it brought back memories.

My adult son used to do Cathe when he was in high school and played basketball. I love Cathe’s banter in this one - with us and with her crew. I used to love hearing Nate chuckle over her jokes.

Siobhan you’re absolutely right about the results. It’s not for everyone but I love this kind of training.

Hi everyone,

This week is going to be a yoga focus. Today was 45m Total Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga w/Yoga Upload. We still have some hot days ahead of us even though August is over. I'm glad because I have some late canteloupes that need some more heat to mature.
