Good Morning Everyone,

Hey Henriette - I saw your cheesecake pic this morning. it sure looked amazing whoa! You don't have heavy cream there? Have you ever tried making a raw cheesecake? i make it a lot cos I cannot have dairy. Its outstanding - like a meal, actually.

Today I did a short WB of cardio supersets, AT (step segment) + my own standing shoulder press with KB's - like 80 or something.

have a good day friends.

Been having some struggles lately with my 18 year old daughter. She is a gem of a girl but is struggling ever since that incident that happened on campus last Fall - she is doing really well, except when she is thrown a curve ball - and then she is not. life sure has it's ups and downs. she leaves for uni this weekend. thank goodness she will be living with wonderful friends.

Have a good day everyone.

Henriette, I wish the best with your new baby soon, and may you enjoy life to the max! (BTW, your cheesecake does
Look delicious!!)
Annette, best wishes to you-and your family.
It's been a blast!!!!!

Linda, hey girl!! You'd better drop in from time to time when you find some!! ; ) Been really missing your posts around here. You are one of the most interesting ladies I've met & smart, intuitive and caring to boot! If not, see you on the rest of board. Take it easy!
Oh, Siobhan, it saddens me to read that your daughter is having to deal with this trauma. I know it must feel awful for you.

Have a bearable ;) Monday ladies!

I am not usually one to post photos of family/pets, but anyway, here is our girl. She is starting to adjust to not being able to use her hind legs much. : ( You can see the attitude right?! ; )

Hello all. Ceci I hope things are better for your daughter. I was thinking about college last night. It was pretty awful.

I did 3/4 of LIC yesterday.....then I was really tired so I stopped. I tried lowering the step height, but I was done.

Today I'm doing my mix of my favorite step combos from Party Rockin Step and Step Moves.

Tonight I'm going to a get together of some ladies that do stamping and scrapbooks. I'm a little nervous. I'm sure it will be nice.

Ok, I am confused or I missed something, Aqua girl are you leaving the check in??[emoji44] If so, I am sorry to hear this, you will be missed.

Today I taught my aerobic/kickboxing circuit class to 6 ladies for an hour.

Then I hit the weights hard, I did manage one rep at 120 pounds for chest press , did flies, concentration curls, bicep popping exercise both hammer and regular curls, overhead triceps, standing lat pull downs wide arms and under hand close grip, cable bicep curls, calf machine and leg press machine then I did abdominals and floorwork legs. So a nice well rounded workout, lots of variety.

Have a great day and workout!![emoji16][emoji41]

Hi ladies,

Great workouts!

Linda - real sorry to hear you are leaving the check in. We will miss you!

Siobhan - I really feel for your daughter. I hope she gets through it all without too much suffering. It's good she will be with friends.

Elsie - best wishes to your kitty. What a cute cat!

This morning biking to the train station I actually counted 16 of us on bikes waiting at the traffic light all going in the same direction. Rush hour on bikes! And then in the first train we were all like sardines in a can. So packed! Good thing it is a short ride on the first train as we were standing squashed and people just look at my belly and think she must be uncomfortable but no one ever offers me a seat.

Then heading home this afternoon I had over an hour delay! I made it to where I had to get my connecting train, and then it didn't come. So waited another 15min and then they announced it that one was 5 minutes late. So I waited and then it didn't show either. It went on like that for a while until I gave up and went in search of a tram, but all tram stops have been removed from the station as they are renovating that area so it was quite a walk to the next stop. By then I really needed to pee and I was all sweaty. What a commute! 2 hours to travel less than 25km!

Oops... in all my frustration about the commute I forgot to mention my w/o tonight. I did RwH Lift it HiiT it Legs, strength only premix. Intense cardio will be limited the upcoming months.

Hi everyone! What's happening? Did I miss something too?

Ceci, what happened to your daughter? I'm sorry you're both having some troubles right now. I used to fret when my daughter went to college too. I know that pain and anxiety.

Linda?! Where are you going? I'm sorry you're leaving us. I enjoy your posts.

Elsie how's Mouser? The pics are beautiful. It really hurts when they are not well. I'm sorry.

Henriette, I made an epic FAIL of a brownie mouse cake thing. It should have been stunning but it was.....not!!! It tasted good though. Lol. I think there is a website where people post their failures although yours didn't look like a fail, it looked scrumptious.

Today I did Mindy Mylrea Booty Blast. It was ok.

I hope everyone is doing the best they can.
