Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's LBB - my all time favourite lower body workout. I did standing portion only and added on a 7 minute jump rope hiit workout. I did my own stretch.

Mad-dog - have you thought about getting the workout blender for a month just to try out Cathe's offerings? Then you can narrow down which DVD's you want. I love the WB.

Today was CL Trisets Lower Body. Another great workout.

Mad dog - I agree with Siobhan on getting Cathe OnDemand for a trial. I have both Live and OnDemand and its well worth the money.

Hi everyone,

Today I had 8 in my class and we did my Disco Circuit 2 routine which is 52 minutes. All the weight exercises are done with no weights just body weight. We sweated and I think they had fun.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Went moderate on the dumbbells and also used the cables.

Hi all,

Still smokey and dismal here. You'd think I would be use to this by now. Every year about this time, wildfires and rolling blackouts. I wish I were in another state. Today was Cathe Lite Metabolic Blast.

KY, 36 min Gym Style B/S/B premix & 45 minutes of walk intervals

I had never done that premix before. About halfway through I wished I had done the full WO but time was short so....

Hi Ladies,

Not as hard as a Cathe workout... But definitely a challenge! Rachel Mclish In Shape Workout in the books. Also, got two walks in a .6 miles a walk. Plus, I had a salad for dinner mixed with baked chicken and fresh tomatoes.

What's the "workout blender?" Right now I'm looking at my excel sheet of workouts and looking at what might get cut, get some feed back on DVD's and evaluate. I'm very selective in my workouts.
