Today it must have been a MONDAY because I put in the wrong CD but did the moves to the other CD. Somehow it worked, so my moves can be interchanged with different Cds,[emoji28][emoji44]. I am sure it wouldn't work for all my workouts. So it was about 51 minutes.

I then did 50 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs, including managing to do 1 rep at 115 pounds for chest press. So I am s-l-o-w-l-y making progress. But the new exercise I am doing for my bicep has my bicep popping.

Over the weekend I threw together a shorter workout that we will now try on Friday because of my mess up today.

Oh and I was down another 1.5 pounds this morning [emoji2]. That is roughly 37.7 pounds lost in 3 years. Whooohoooo for me!!!

Hi ladies,

Today was my first day back at work after 3 works off and the count down until my maternity leave has started!

Tonight I did Rocking Step Party 2 a couple of combo's but all the jumping etc put too much strain on my belly after about 30 min. I then tried KCM 30MTF Cardio Pump, workout 1 but didn't last all that long as it was also more jumping then expected. Then went back to Cathe Lean Legs and did Chair/Firewalker and Barre section. So a total of 1hr 15min. It is taking some getting used to not being able to do all I want [emoji19]

Oh and I had 9 ladies today and it was a circuit workout.

Hi ladies! Henriette, do be careful with the baby. Toward the end of my pregnancy (almost 30 years ago) I found that I lost my balance easily. I could be standing still and suddenly lean one way or the other. Weird. I also ordered Michelle's new workouts. I think it's quite odd that there's no warm up though. Really??? Today I did Cathe Kick punch and crunch. I love that one, great core section too! Nice to "see" you Elsie!
 
Peg - the books that I read during my vacation, that I can recommend are:
  • See Me (Nicholas Sparks) - Sparks, need I say more?
  • In the Blood (Lisa Unger) - pyscho thriller recommended on that books thread here on Cathe forum
  • The Birds and the Bees (Milly Johnson) - chick lit. Pure relaxation.
  • Where are you now? (Mary Higgins Clark) - drama/thriller
  • Sometimes I Lie (Alice Feeney) - psycho thriller
I read 6 other books as well, but none really worth mentioning as they were not all that.
Currently reading - The Last Anniversary by Lianne Moriarty, but as I am back at work and working out again, it will take me longer to finish it. So far it is not disappointing though!
