Today was KY & CTX All Step. Hope to do a restorative CS or Qigong practice later. I missed last night’s because of technical difficulties with a webinar for CEUs. I have a ton of CE for my licensing & certification requirements. I’m trying to knock them out way ahead of time.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit workout 2 for an hour to 5 ladies including one new lady.

Then I did an hour of weight work, dumbbells, cables, barbell and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Went heavy with the dumbbells too.

Sherri, that sounds horrible! Good for you for exercising. I’d probably have melted by now.
 
Hi Ladies & Thanks for the Welcome :)

Yesterday: Cathe Interval Max today and it was a killer!!! However, when I was doing the workout the totally rad 80's called and want the sweat bands back :p:p Plus, two walks at .6 Miles each walk in the Florida heat.

Muscle Endurance in the books!! Workout got disrupted about 50min in when I tried to take Cooper out for a walk but Mother Nature had other plans so I resumed. Talk about a killer workout!! I used 3, 5, and 8lbs. But mostly 5 & 8lbs. Short Cathe workout for tomorrow since I have to take Cooper to the vet. I Don't know how you ladies do some of these HARD workouts???
