Good morning ladies,

This morning I started things off with Meso 1 disc 9 (legs). Then I moved onto a portion of Emily Splichal's Catwalk Confidence. Now I am drenched 'cos I don't thing the a/c is on.

Conni - how red is red? auburn? deep maroon? strawberry? I was a strawberry blond when young but hair got darker more auburn as I aged.

Carmen - I am glad to read you got in a workout! You are obviously on the mend.

Annette - When will you hear back?

Siobhan - You have really been doing some different workouts lately, very interesting!
I would say my hair is kind of a raspberry. I go more towards the crimson tones, I think.

Today was Hiit 30/30, Amy' ab section 2, and stretch section 2.
 
Hi all,

I called today to find out anything I basically did not get 2 of the jobs at the middle or one of the elementary schools. There is still 2 positions at another closer elementary school that are still open so I hope to hear about them. I applied for another part time position at an elementary school in MD. Keep praying something works out otherwise I will just sub for another year and pray for more work.

I was at the gym 55 min. working all muscle groups, I bench pressed 95 pounds for 6 reps so I impressed myself, LOL!! I have 25 days left on my membership at the gym, if I can get a part time job I can maybe keep the membership but I have to have a regular income coming in to do so.

Anyway keep the prayers coming about jobs, and thanks.:D


PS: I now have an interview Friday at 9:30 for the last elementary school in our district that has 2 openings. One is a 3.75 hour a day position the other 4 hours a day, pray hard that I make a good impression on them. Thanks

Hi ladies - it is hot and sunny here today. :cool:

Today I smashed out a pyramid down circuit workout I found on youtube. Its five exercises done back to back. I started going down the pyramid starting at 5. I was suppose to start at 10 but I need to work up to that. I used 12 lbs db. The exercises were;
squat/shoulder press
bent over rows
bicep curls
plank rows (renagade rows)
jump up on box step down and squat thrust.

Starting at 5 and working down pyramid totals 6:30 min workout. I took a short 45 sec break and repeated the cycle. Clocked in at 12:30 and I was huffin!

Good to get a workout in.
