Siobhan, good workout! YT couple: Chris and Edi. I did a 42-minute upper body workout.Good Morning Everyone,
Today I discovered a new YT couple: Chris and Edi. I did a 42 minute upper body workout. It was challenging. Now, to stretch. I am sore from Cathe's live workout yesterday.
Nicki - goodness you have had some challenges setting up your workout room
Annette - I feel for that skinny cat!
ChelePA - I just can't wrap my head around a step workout! I admire those who love step
Nora - I'm guessing Sunday was a rest day for you
Linda - you are coming off a rest weekend so I'm sure you are having a solid workout this morning
Have a great day everyone.
ChelePA, good workout with Cathe’s lower body bonus followed with a 20 minute tread power walk, wearing my weighted vest.CeceFifi…I get analysis paralysis if I search too much on YouTube. So many choices!
Cathe’s lower body bonus. Slower pace. Can definitely lift heavier with 30-40 second breaks between each exercise. I liked the variety of moves. No dread factor. Followed with a 20 minute tread power walk, wearing my weighted vest.
I do not like foam rolling at all. It hurts!! I thought it might do my leg some good. We'll see tomorrow. Made an appt with a chiropractor for Thursday. Will be my first time. I googled potential injuries from BB deadlifts, and a sports chiropractor was one of the recommendations. I'm really hoping it helps.Nice workout Nicki with LMR Pilates - 32 minutes and & Lower Body Foam roller -18 min. I wish I liked foam rolling more than I do!
I think I need to focus on individual areas and definitely not fast rolling! I'll look it up. Thanks for the tip!Nicki… hoping the foam roller works. Some instructors have better routines than others. CDorner focuses on individual areas versus fast rolling.
Annette, 78 minutes of a pool workouts in 2 sessions and 162 minutes lying in the sun! I agree with ChelePA, would be nice to have pool buddies to work out with. I would join yours anytime!Hi ladies,
Well, Today might have been my last day at the pool, not sure how the rest of the week will pan out for another pool day.
But, Today I put another lady who I know from the pool through one of my extended pool workouts. It had knees up, jogging, walking back and forth and backwards, kicking while standing like kickboxing in the pool. Front kicks, back kicks, side kicks, the holding onto the side of the pool kicking out behind you and then the same thing facing front. Knees up and down on the side wall of the pool. Some side twists with legs for oblique, ended up being like 45 minutes long. Plus I stayed in and did more during the adult swim, and again for another adult swim.
Oh and there were arm exercises in the midst of all that kicking and jogging. Plus during my 2nd alone segment I did some punching and more arms.
So all in all 78 minutes of a pool workouts in 2 sessions and 162 minutes lying in the sun.
My poor friend was beat after I was done with her.
My other pool friend I won't be able to say goodbye to she got sun poisoning and can't be in the sun.
So any way it was hot but it was a fun time.
Nice workouts ladies!!
I have been periodically going to a chiropractor for years. that morning when I couldMade an appt with a chiropractor for Thursday
Injury is from doing deadlifts? I didn’t realize. I do them cautiously and much lighter than most, but when I asked my chiropractor, she recommended never doing that move.I do not like foam rolling at all. It hurts!!
