YT-Michelle Briehler- 16 min. Standing Cardio Core with Ankle/Wrist Weights

Siobhan- Yep, Sunday is my usual rest day. So cool you discovered another fun workout couple. Great workout today with:

YT-couple: Chris and Edi- upper body workout= 42 minute
Plus finishing up with your own stretch

ChelePA- Great job on your workout today with:

Cathe’s lower body bonus- love no dread factor workouts:)
Followed with 20 min tread power walk, wearing my weighted vest- good stuff!

Annette- WOW!! That was quite the pool workout, WTG! Sounds like you had both a fun time at the pool and fun workout at the same time, bravo. Enjoy your evening and hopefully it will be a cooler one;)

Here's today's workout: It was 98 degrees her today, yikes that too hot for me. I my best to suck it up and get it done today.

Injury is from doing deadlifts? I didn’t realize. I do them cautiously and much lighter than most, but when I asked my chiropractor, she recommended never doing that move.
That's what I was reading about it - not good.
So, I was in a workshop for 1RM deadlifts. I was encouraged by others in the class, and the instructor to push and go heavier. It was the last one that got me. My entire body was shaking and my body felt like it was rippling - kinda like when there is an earthquake and the pool looks like it's rolling or the road looks like someone is shaking it out like a rug.
I have my first appt ever with a chiropractor Thursday and really hoping it helps. I want so much to get back to my normal routine and not pick and choose by what might aggravate my leg.

Wow! I am so sorry! I’ve started using my weight bench to help with proper form, so I feel it in the glutes. I put both legs against the bench it as a stabilizer so I’m bending properly. Or one leg up, depending on the exercise. Really hope the chiropractor can help you.
