Hi ladies,

Today I had 5 ladies and we did a 52 minute circuit. Is is my fastest paced one for this group, but they always do great.

Then I did 56 minutes of weight work, really hit chest and back hard but also did 1 exercise for triceps, biceps and shoulders plus a upper body combo move on the cables and finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch.

Today was RWH Lift It HIIT It Legs and a Sydney Cummings stretch

I feel so bad for the folks without power. It’s going to be super hot here the next few days and I could not imagine not having AC.

Hi Everyone,

I did 35 minutes of a hybrid workout from Milhoy - 5 moves weights, 7 moves cardio. I loved it! Great workouts!
