a new one UK's version of Christina Dorner, Jamie McKagan of Jamie McKagan Fitness. I found what appears to be her 1 and only Cardio Kickboxing workout on YouTube. Called Cardio Kickbox :50 Minute High Energy Workout= 52 Min
Sounds fun and hopefully she will have more that one soon, maybe post a comment on her YT page for that workout maybe she'll read and post more. I just saw Linda's more recent post saying there were a few for Jamie McKagen workouts. Linda mentioned that they dis have some HiiT in them, you can always modify impact.
