Hi all.
Did Chisel Cardio today. Another good w/o that gets the heartrate up. Cardio... In the sense of weighted exercises for 1 min to increase heartrate... 2 rounds of several different exercises. Not insanity style, but also not Cathe or KCM cardio fun. I am already starting to really miss Cathe and KCM after just 1 week. I keep thinking w/o is not auper long so I can add on a short one, but if I give the exercises my best and use reasonably heavy weights I am worn out after 30-40min and just want to shower and relax. Not sure how long I can keep this rotation up... I need fun w/o after a day at the office!
