Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 6 in my Silver and Fit class. We did my Silver and Fit 3 which is 51 minutes but at a fast pace.
Then I did an hour of weight work including barbell chest press, the back machine (2 rounds one at 10 on each side and 1 at 25 on each side), then dumbbells for chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
I have a dentist appointment this afternoon, ugh!
