CatheLive- "Fast and Fierce Upper Body Express" - 31 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- Ropeless Jump Rope Workout # 3- 20 min.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Dan McFarlane - 38 minutes of bodyweight hiit cardio and about 15 minutes of a Cathe ICE MM for triceps (that was tough, wow).

Linda - what a great mix you did today (I love jump rope).

Well, dentist appointment this morning, will need another tooth yanked at some point. But, I now have an appointment for the next installments on my bridges. Middle of May, at 7:30 in the morning, ugh!

After that I stopped by my friend Judy's since I hadn't heard from her. And we visited till about 10 minutes ago.

So a workout may not happen today. Though it is a beautiful warm day outside
