Yes, it's stil morning here for about 10 minutes:)

I've done the lower impact intervals of IMAX2. A good 30 minutes worth. Added on S&H legs, pyramid style, skipping the pre-exhaust lunges and doing one legged lunges with db's instead of the static lunges. One-legged lunges don't bother my knee. So figured it makes a good sub. I upped my weight again on the bb and for the very first time used 48.5 pounds. Then I added on the standing leg work of PLB. Had more trouble lifting that heavy bb over my head as the w/o progressed. Had a nice stretch. A very long shower and this afternoon I will do Coremax #3 with son no. 2 (I'll give him a 1 pound db).

Last evening was back (Gym Style) and shoulders (Gym Style and PUB), StretchMax #2 and CleanMax.

Tonight: PowerMax and floor leg work.

Well, it's Monday again. But I just have to make it to the end of the week, and then I'm on vacation until May 24th!

Tonight I'm doing Musclemax. And I may try to convince my SO to go rollerblading with me.:)

Three hours until road trip sign up!

Dutchie - this is my normal time to get up during the week. Around 6 a.m. And we're not going anywhere on vacation. Just doing things around the house, hanging out. I'm feeling burnt out and am just looking forward to a nice week of not getting up early, fighting traffic and dealing with work issues!:)

Today was IM 3 w/u & blast only, GS Chest, MM c/d,& a run.

Today I will start packing!:) I am so excited! I just hate moving!

Today is IM3 and ME as soon as my son takes a snooze! I'm trying so hard to move through the intervals with the same break time as Cathe. Sometimes I have to pause and catch my breath - we'll see :)

Good morning early risers!!! i am up only because i wanted to be up in time to sign up for the road trip. too excited to sleep! (plus, dh is raising the roof in there!

i believe it is Imax3 today for me. this will be the first time i have done anything other than the step only premix. i hope it doesn't kill me! i want to live long enough to meet the catheites and our fearless leader!!

OMG!! It is already 60 outside, today is gonna be a beauty!!!

yesterday...I did 30 minutes of HIIT on my Elliptical before work, I love it when I can get that 6th day workout in..Yeah!!

Today:
P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, AB RipperX

Later this afternoon:
40 minute run outside or Step blast

The will shine here today which is always a treat around here.

Yesterday was my first 5K (for Breast cancer), and it was fun but I felt S-L-O-W. My friend who is an experienced runner didn't think I ran slow at all. We didn't know our times. I thought it was harder than an IMAX workout, because I didn't get the recovery periods! And, I really don't know how to pace myself. I'll probably just keep running with intervals. LOL

Today I will do IMAX 2 or 3 and abs.

I'm so jealous of Shelley's vacation!
Last night I squeezed in S&H triceps, biceps and abs. Today I will try to do about half of S&H Legs cuz I expect it's going to be a very long day at work and I'll probably come home close to bed time. :( If I can squeeze in just the squats I will consider myself a success. We're talking low expectations here.

The weather is going to be great!!

Thanks for responding my question, I did Chest and back but I did S&H I have to get used to Tony. I have done the Ab ripper X twice and Kenpo X and I can keep up with Tony.

Judy that's great: 5K!! Don't be so hard on yourself. Be proud. It's your first 5K that's a milestone!! Listen to your body as you're running. Make little mental notes to yourself and when you get home write them down immediately in a possitive way. Next time you run, check your liitle notes before you go out the door.

Staying around the house is great. I always feel like I have to be very active when I've paid a lot of money for a vacation. You know, see all the sights, do everyting you can possibly do. I once took a bike ride around Kuaii (sp?) in the afternoon cause it felt like such a waste of time just hanging around the beach with my cousin. And with the obligatory helmet, it wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be.

Morning Everyone,

Today will be GS Chest & Triceps and some type of cardio. Saturday was GS Legs and CTX Kickbox cardio. Yesterday we spent the day measuring our front yard to see how much stone we will need for landscaping. Needless to say we estimated around 9 tons. x( Guess I won't be needing any w/o's when we start moving that around.

This morning I did IMAX 3, which was much more doable for me now that I have a club step and can go down to a 4" step height. Man that's a tough workout! I don't think anyone in the history of the world has poured as much sweat as I did doing IMAX 3 this morning. ;) It's fun though. I am even starting to not hate plie jacks. I said "starting to". Don't expect me to love them anytime soon. :p
