Hi gals,

Today I taught my newest and hardest and longest workout to 7 ladies for about 64 minutes. It is a killer!

Then I did 50 minutes of heavy barbell work and heavy dumbbells both. Managed 1 rep at 120 for chest press so that was an improvement from last week. I really pushed it today, but it was a good push. Now I get to go home and push youngest son into putting more application and resumes out there.

Hey Annette ....great job on your long workout and best of luck to your son! Excellent workouts/activities over the weekend everyone! Henriette, I tried some of the Core de Force and thought it was alright. Not that exciting but good instruction overall.
I had a pretty busy Saturday mainly around the house and spent Sunday mostly taking it easy and cooking. Having some back issues, so today is a stretchy and restorative yoga day for me. If I am feeling a little better, I will get in a long walk tonight.

Hi Annette and Elsie. Good job on the class Annette. You workouts sound interesting and fun. Elsie, it's good to "simply be" sometimes. I've had days where I just do nothing but get inside my head to try to figure things out. A long walk sounds perfect. Today for me was HiiT circuit lower body. I'm just trying to get through some workouts and move on to new stuff (new to me). Have a great day everyone! peg
 
Annette - I am impressed by your progress, both in your personal workouts and your classes.

Monday night I did Gym Style Legs - timesaver 1. As long as my days are reasonably active and really busy with work and driving kids to basketball, cooking etc. I find the 30 min timesavers are perfect for getting in a good sweat and burn and still leaving time to relax with an episode on Netflix and a bit of crocheting before bed. If I opt for a longer workout on a busy day, then I don't have enough time to really relax before going to bed and then it takes a lot longer for me to settle.

I guess that is the trouble with wanting it all... I HAVE TO work, cook, drive kids etc. and I WANT TO read, workout, watch Netflix and crochet, and I don't like having to make compromises.
