today i did chest, shoulders and triceps. i also added on the hiit workout from intensity. what a versatile dvd. i am drenched.
carmen - nice jewellery - obviously a lot of work went into all those pieces!
hope you have a good workout tammy - often i can workout when tired - it's later in the day when I crash... and tammy - on a scale of 1-10 where would you place ellen barrett in terms of a good, sweaty workout?
