Daily Check-In Monday 8/29

Morning!

Can't believe it is Monday already :( I didn't sleep well last night but I think if I went back to bed now I would fall right to sleep :confused: Today is day to of BB for me.

today i did chest, shoulders and triceps. i also added on the hiit workout from intensity. what a versatile dvd. i am drenched.

carmen - nice jewellery - obviously a lot of work went into all those pieces!

hope you have a good workout tammy - often i can workout when tired - it's later in the day when I crash... and tammy - on a scale of 1-10 where would you place ellen barrett in terms of a good, sweaty workout?

Hi Ladies,

Today was cardio - I was able to conquer Amy's ASC 4 ( okay, I did look at the preview chapter yesterday) and then did the Kettlebell core section from ASC 3.

I did the cardio portion of Cardio Kicks today for my workout.
