Daily Check IN Monday 6 June

I got up and walked at 5am this morning and plan on a 3 mile run after work. Probably some ab work in there, too.

Morning everyone.

I got a walk in last night...BY MYSELF!!! WOW! :p lol I walked around town for about a half hour while dad tended to Joey. After that I played with the dog for a while in our yard. It was nice and SOME kind of exercise no matter how lame! lol The three of us went out to eat last night for the first time since Joey was born. All of the waitressess were ga ga over Joey...too bad he wasn't a few years older-he'd have his pick of saturday night dates! lol :+

Well, I'm still holdin' steady with 10 pounds to lose...it's obvious now that I will actually have to WORK at losing these last 10 pounds cause they are going NO WHERE on thier own! lol

Good Morning! I started the day with GS biceps then triceps and LowMax combos only. I'm teaching BodyPump to the lunch time crowd later today and it's 45 minutes so I omit bis and tris.

I am ashamed to say that I still haven't done any gardening as we moved 3 weeks ago. I'm itching to get digging in the dirt, my sweet pea seed are soaking as we speak and a friend gave me some chives and oregano plants so I'm hoping it's DirtMax this afternoon!

My eating has been off the past month or so and I'm feeling a bit moushy in the middle. My co-worker and I 'pinky swore' on Friday that we would eat better come Monday and here we are. My DDs and I shopped on Saturday and I was reminded at what a cruel light those change rooms put us in. Humbling and motivating.

Good morning!! I've got a big storm brewing here so I'll be brief, but check in later after it passes. ;)

Body Max is on the rotation for today, but I don't have that w/o. Sooo, I think I'll Reebok: Intense Moves and some Core work. I know it's not a very close comparison...lol. Hmmm, now that I'm thinking about it. I might do a couple of SJP cardio only segments, too. Yep, I think I will. ;)

Morning all. I did some bicep weight work last night and plan to do part of CTX Upper tonight along with a segment of Coremax. I think I found a solution to my carpet dilemma. I found one of those rubber chair mats that people put their office chairs on to protect the carpet. It looks like it will work perfect. It doesn't slip around and my step doesn't slip on it either. I will have to buy four of them to cover the area I need, but I think it will work pretty well. Only problem is that it will be noisier than landing on carpet, but hopefully not enough to wake my daughter in the morning. I'm going to pick them up today during lunch. I can't wait to start stepping again!!!

Hi all, I am changing things a bit this week, instead of doing 1 body part per day, I am doing 2 every other day and focusing on cardio on the other days. Soo I did PUB & PS Triceps and Biceps today and for a short cardio I did the 8 min. Taebo!!:D I also did abs off of PSSL&A!:) It is really really HOT here today and humid! So I am sure I will get all my water in.:eek: :)

This morning I did KPC, 20 min standing L&G, PUB (not all sets), and CM #1. I feel great! It's getting into the low 80s today. Summer is coming with a bang ladies :)

Hi my workout is done. I have done two TAEBO basic live workout, the first segment of Core MAX and the power drills of CK.Follwing the Shelley's recommendation I change my signature and I add " TAEBO junkie" in the original.See you tomorrow.

Good afternoon fit folks!
I'm checking in late today. I asm doing week 1 of June rotation for variety. My run was 4.2 miles at 8.5mph pace and it felt great. I was previewing gym style legs while running since I had only done the floor work previously. While watching some of those squats Running definately felt better!A year ago I would have preferred the heavy squats to the running. Changing routines really helps my attitutde if nothing else. I followed the run with GS chest (ouchie push ups!) and GS back.

No Cathe workout for me today. I pushmowed the acreage around my house that I call a yard. I didn't even get the back yard. Duration was two hours. I wore my heart rate monitor and it said my average heart rate was 123, max heart rate wasn 155 (that must have been when I was hugging that bank at an angle LOL), and calories burned 757 WOW...

BTW, my HRM is a Polar F4. I saw the thread where some of you were talking about it last week and I went out and got one. I love it. I had a Polar HRM a while back, don't remember the model, but it was so complicated I could never figure out how to work it, so I took it back. This one is great though.

May do ab/core work afterwhile.
 
I guess I'm last today. I just finished Kickmax Bootcamp sweatfest and Bootcamp drip all over the mat core premix.:)
 
Hey Shelley,

i did that KickMax Bootcamp premix last week...that is way worse than just regular KickMax, which I already find really difficult. Those blasts are just really killer. I can make it to blast 6 just fine, but then I start wilting. The last four are extremely difficult for me to accomplish. I do accomplish them because of my competitive spirit, but it ain't pretty!!!

I love, love, love IM#2...it is my all-time favorite Cathe workout. The music, the choreography...it is perfection! I'm sure I will have Cathe sign this DVD for me!

I got a late start tonight but I did Low Max intervals 1-4 and ME Upper Body Split (skipped abs). Now it's time for a shower and BED!

The bad thing about summer is that the kids stay up late and their FRIENDS stay over LATER!!
