A very goooooood morning each and everyone of you,

I've decided that I would do an easy week this week cause I'm very busy still. I'll only do total body workouts (plus running ofcourse). So today after vacuuming and gardening, I did Muscle Max incl.abs. My kids thought I was crazy to be gardening at 7AM :) I'll try to squeeze in a yoga w/o later today.

Good morning all. I am getting ready to start work (6:30 a.m.) so my workout will be this afternoon when I get off. I have to mow the grass today, but instead of riding a lawnmower, I bought a push mower (self-propelled), so I am going to push my 1 acre yard today for the first time. Even though it is self-propelled, I will still be walking for the hour or so it take me instead of riding (I hate riding a lawnmower!!). I'll probably add some core/ab work to this later this evening.

Yesterday: Slow and Heavy Shoulders (using progressive overload) and Slow and Heavy Legs (progresssive overload here too) Its amazing how much stronger I am getting using this method. Stretch.
CleanMax and getting ready to move max yesterday too. I can't wait until moving is finished.

Today for me is KickMax, not my favorite Cathe workout, but it's on the rotation, so KickMax it is!

I am starting phase two of P90X, I did Cathe all of last week which was my recovery week.

This morning, chest, shoulders, triceps and the ab ripper X.

Now is work max for the rest of the day.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Boot Camp instead of KPC as I needed to step it up abit. Followed by ab work in ME and Power Hour as well. More cardio this week in my routine is paying off for me. Body Fat dropping and I am thrilled!!!

Today will be Yard Max (weeding out beds, mowing), PUB, leg premixes from SS and Running for 30-40 mins.

Glad your back. Missed you! I should have been outside this morning myself at 7am weeding out the gardens as it is going to be in the 90's here today, but I love it hot. Waited all winter for this!

This moring was Cardio & Weights. This evening PUB.

I need to get some cleaning done and finish unpacking. We are having a security system put in today. I hate when someone is here working. I feel like I can't get done what needs to be!

Nice to see you Dutchie. I know how things can get busy! I should do my gardening early because when I wait til later it does seem to flare up my allergies a bit..

Today I'll do my freestlye legwork, abs, a 4 mile run and then later PUB Shoulder's, Tri's and Bi's

Dutchie - I'm glad to see you back. I was sanding drywall compound at 7 this morning:p

Jane - that should be quite the workout, mowing an acre! Good luck and wear lots of sunscreen!

Cathy - I didn't know you were moving (or did I?). I moved last September and swore I'd never do it again!

Tammy - have you tried the Kickmax bootcamp challenge. I like it better than straight Kickmax. You do the warm up, then the blasts, and then three of the combinations. It's hard but a lot of fun.

Logos - are you enjoying P90X? I'm considering getting it.

Charlotte - don't you just LOVE Bootcamp?}(

Conni - it's going to be a scorcher here today too! And humid - ugh

Last night I did ME upper body split and core. Tonight I'm doing Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge and some sort of core work, as well as Paintmax. I'm also meeting a friend after work to help him shop for engagement rings for his girlfriend! How exciting!
 
Well I am sorry to say I never did all the work outs I had planned last night:( Isn't it odd that if I take even one day off from what I planned I feel mushy and yukky! Oh well today I am back on track with the work outs I had planned for last night. Bodymax and abs. Later I will do push/pull. I saw where someone told me yesterday that bodymax is 90 minutes long so the extra time can help me catch up!

On a side note my son's skydive went very well yesterday. I think I will post about it on it's own :)

This morning my rotation said Bootcamp but my body said NO!!
It's TTOM and there's just no way I was up to that, so instead I did Cardio & Weights. That was enough of a challenge. Normally it's just a workout I really enjoy, today it was almost a struggle, and I sweat my way to the end!
Thank you Carole, I think you sent your hot summer weather to Ohio!! Yesterday it was 90 and today should be the same. The humidity is sky high so it feels a lot like Florida. It's what I've been waiting for and I'm happy:D , just forgot how much tougher the workouts get. Even with a/c on and a fan ......it made a difference.

I had a terrific weekend, hope everyone else did too!

Today will be Legs & Glutes and a run.

Shelley, you asked yesterday what a Ren Faire is? Good question. My DH, both DD's and myself are performers in the Bristol Renaissance Faire here in Wisconsin. We portray nobility in the court of Queen Elizabeth. I play Lady Derby (pronounced Darby). For us it is a great time. Some people (like our families) think we are crazy to dress up in 30 lb of clothes, and walk around in 90 deg heat.:D Sometimes I think they are correct.

Good morning,

Today I did Step Blast and Basic Step Stability Ball Abs. I just love that workout. A third of the way through the challenge, when Paint it Black starts, I always find myself having a ton of fun and grinning from ear to ear. At the very end, when Cathe says "We had a blast!" I always find myself agreeing with her.

My uterus must have expanded significantly last week because it's really starting to press against my stomach, giving me terrible heartburn all night! The second trimester is ending, and the challenges of the third trimester are beginning....

Jane - That sounds like a lot of work to cut your 1 acre with a push mower!! Do you at least have a cup-holder, like Jes? (I think Jes's riding lawnmower has its own mini-bar!).

Cathy - what is progressive overload? Do you add weights each set?

Shelley - what makes the KM bootcamp challenge harder than the original KM? Are you more worn out for the combos?

Terri - glad to hear your son survived the dive!! You must be relieved. What will his next trick be? An attempt at Mt. Everest? :)

Laurie Mac - that sounds like so much fun! We have a Renaissance Festival here too, every weekend for two months. I should take my daughter. She'd probably love it!

Sandra - I'm not sure why it's harder than the original KM. I think it must be because you're wiped from doing the blast, and then you have to be on great form and balance to do the combos. It doesn't include the conditioning drills. Maybe I'll tack them onto the end.
