I just finished Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio Body. Goodness that guy never shuts up about EXTREME FAT LOSS. I get it - it's a tough workout. It's got a bit of a dread factor for me - his stuff usually does so I use him sparingly. Burned around 500 calories so that's gotta be good.

addition: Only did first five intervals of IMAX3. That workout is freakin' hard! Could not keep up with the blasts and not breaking down the step combos is a little confusing. Also some of the combos are similar to ones used in her other DVD's so I get confused and do another routine from Step Blast or IM2... :/
I did about 32 min. of taebo with my weighted gloves on today for my cardio.
Now this afternoon I have an appointment for my annual gyn doc. whom I haven't seen in a year and a half. Not looking forward to it but at least my bloodwork was good and he won't yell at me about that, LOL!!
