Cathlete
Good morning fitness folks!

Today the rotation calls for C&W and I've already done that on this month and I am wanting to bump it up a little, so I'll be doing HSTA today. Perfect choice, haven't done it in a while and I really like that workout.

I really enjoyed Kenpo X yesterday... makes me want to explore P90X a little more but it is so hard for me to get away from Cathe for any length of time.

Heather - Chocolate and cheese! Pass the chocolate, you have the cheese!!!:7

Wendy - I'll let you know about the RT. Have you made your reservations yet? I wonder how hard it will be to get rooms. Hey, I know... Wendy you can be our RT crasher coordinator!:+ :7

Tammy/Phyllis - I love to meet you both also. Now we need to get Conni, Becky and the rest of our group to go and we can have our own little RT.

Conni - I'm looking forward to going back to "Cathe style" next month. I am feeling rested and strong.

Becky - it was beautiful here yesterday too. I worked so wasn't out for much of the day and was shocked to see the temperature was 86 when I got off! Hey, what happened to spring!!? We are suppose to be back to the mid-70's though today, so a little break in the "heat wave".

Today is my last day Of work in this stretch and I'll be off tomorrow and it is my rest day! YAY. I also need to go weigh in tomorrow at WW since it is the end of the month. I've done well now for exactly one week and my weight is stabilizing in a nice range, so hopefully it will be a good weigh in.

Have a good one!!!

Good morning everyone!

What a wonderful weekend! It was so nice yesterday even thought the sun did play a little hide and seek. I took the dog for a nice long walk along the Delaware river. He found so many things to smell that he didn't know what direction to go!

Jane, I understand your feeling about the X. I went through the same thing when I tried it - Cathe withdrawal! Do you still have doms in your glutes? I have some today from B&G overall leg yesterday. I find it hard to get up in the morning when I'm sore. I just want to sink back into bed!

My rotation today called for KM, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Instead I did LM. Once a decided on the switch I was much happier!

Have a good day all.

Good Morning Friends!

It was a fantastic weekend. Perfect weather !

Today calls for KPC and I'm not planning on doing it, so will sub another cardio and add abs. Anyone know how long it is?
I'm thinking about a nice long walk outside or some step......will give it some more thought.;-)

Will check back in after my workout is completed.

:D

Good Morning Girls.

Jane, I reserved a room at the Fairfield Inn for sat to sun. It should be fairly easy to get a reservation if you do it soon. I had no trouble at all...had 3 kinds of rooms to choose from!

I will be picking the X back up today.....Day 3 of Week 11....Shoulders and Arms/ARX....I'm gonna die! LOL }(

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

I'll be doing PLB and the B&G Bonus Abs today.

Jane: 86????? WOW! HSTA is a great workout...it always takes me out of my comfort zone.

Becky: Well? What did you decide for today!

Phyllis: I'm not a kickbox fan either, but I think it's on my rotation tomorrow...blech!

Heather:

>>I was not planning to buy more shoes when I headed out tonight. I was just going to buy some cheese for tomorrow. My car suddenly turned into the Academy parking lot, and a new box of shoes was in my hot little hands before I know what hit me.<<

:7:7:7 ROTFLMAO :7:7:7 Yup! My car does the same thing! Seriously though, I wear Asics for running and they are phenomenal....great choice. I'm so itching to buy some new workout shoes. Enjoy your chocolate and cheese feast!:9

Good morning everyone,

I am not a huge kickbox fan either, I try to sub alot for KM especially, that one is not on my fav list!

Today was Seasun's TNS, with a great core section at the end.

Have a great day!

Hi all,

I did the 8 min. taebo and then about 20 min. of the Taebo Live that I have for a quickish workout.

My 2nd interview for this job on weekends in at 2pm EST. so I had to get school done with the boys and myself together.

Pray everything goes well and that God's will is done. Thanks
:7

I ended up just walking for 45 minutes on the treadmill and am skipping abs. I forgot I did CM yesterday and have a little doms.

Phyllis... I do still have some DOMS in my glutes today but not too bad. My lats and chest, however, are a different story.... with MIS day before yesterday and Kenpo X yesterday... you get the picture. I'll be keeping it light on the UB wts today with HSTA... speaking of which, I hear my high step calling me.

Mind if I start checking in with you wonderful folks?

I am just starting out with Cathe, although not new to the fitness world...have lost almost 50 pounds since January 2005...about 15 more to go I think...

I did Low Impact Circuit on Saturday for the first time and LOVED it...

Rest was Sunday.

And today I did Pyramid upper body...first time, and it was a good workout...I have a feeling I will know I did this tomorrow!

Anyways, I am a CPA working hard to keep the exercise plan going while working 65 hours a week!

Deb

Welcome Deb to our little check in. And Congralations on the weight loss thus far, you have doing wonderfully.

We welcome new people to our check in.:7 :)

Can I join you all for a check in?

It's been about a year since I've posted (I honestly thought I was ready but alias I just could not get with the game at that time) but have been lurking frequently trying to find a 'home' within the forums here once again.

I once was here posting just about every day in a check in in some form or another way back in 2003 - 2004 until some personal expieriences put me in a deep depression mainly my father's battle and subsequent death to cancer in August of 2005, thereafter helping my mother deal with her grief and dealing with that (she's now finally on antidepressants but I fear she will never be the same again).

It'll be 2 yrs this coming August and I think I feel this may be the time for me to start with the forums again. I could really use some friendly support to get back to making myself consistent with making exercise a part of my life again.

I've been following Cathe's rotation for this month and so far so good.

My body is responding nicely and it would be nice if I can get aqquainted with you all here as I could use the support from other Cathe enthusists.

I also use WW as a weight loss. I even made goal (-45# loss) and became a lifetime member back in 2004. I am now 5 pounds over my goal weight and dealing with rebound weight gain but thats quite alright as I know that if I am consistant I can get back to my goal.

I hope you can all find it within yourselves to welcome a new check in member.

Thanks, btw I did KPC and I enjoyed it :)

Annette: Hope the job interview went well.

Deb: Welcome to our little corner of Cathe dot com!

Phyllis: He liked the campus, I think it just moved to the #1 spot, but he still has one more campus to visit....are we there yet?

Heather: I went to Sports Authority today and stayed far, far away from the shoe department.
It was very hard to do.

Vilma: Welcome!
