DAILY CHECK IN Monday 29 August

Morning all!

Well, yesterday I did Building Bookshelves Max. My arms are sore today from cutting wood and lugging it from the garage up to Sophie's room and then putting the bookshelves together. Yesterday afternoon, I went for a 19 km inline skate.

This week I have put together a schedule of workouts from the August Bootcamp Rotation with some subsitutions for workouts I don't have. It goes like this:

Monday - ME and a Coremax segment
Tuesday - Imax 3, 200 walking lunges, 200 sit ups
Wednesday - The Gauntlet and KM high intensity drills (does anyone know if that means the leg drills, the blast or the combos?)
Thursday - KPC and GS Legs floorwork
Friday - 3 mile run and MM
Saturday - Imax Extreme and a Coremax segment
Sunday - 5 mile run

Morning all. Didn't have time to check in over the weekend so this is how it looked.

Saturday - CTX Upper Body and intervals 5-10 of IMAX, plus I threw in a small run afterwards.

Sunday - Was supposed to be a rest day, but since I ate like a pig at the two B-day parties I went to Saturday night I did MIC to burn it off.:)

This morning was KPC.

Dutchie...sorry about the bad run! You are far from a WIMP, sometimes we just have those days. Sending good thoughts your way..

Jane....I'll say I did think about jumping off the cliff yesterday!! Alot of whining going on. I went to a wedding last night expecting good food for me...YUK...way too much transfat in everything and I think I really felt that. Came home and had some tofu...

Cathy...sorry about the sleep deprivation...I really like PLB doing the Freestyle method!

Becky.. the High Step workouts are very fun...not sure which is my favorite though.

Wendy...BC and extra cardio and abs!...wow!!

Tammy...I haven't tried CTX upper body split yet...I bet it is a good workout.

Carla...my prayers are with the ones in the Hurricanes way. I cannot even imagine how scary that is. I am glad you are protected...You have also gotten in some good workouts!!

Debbie....WOW....awesome workouts. I do hope you come back today!!!

Kali...way to go with BC!!

I am doing KPC, Freestyle legwork, abs and P90X Chest, triceps and shoulders.

I'm so impressed when I hear how we still workout even when faced with adversities. We are woman, hear us roar!

Dutchie - you sound like a GREAT mom! Kids definitely need structure and rules from a parent like you who doesn't back down.

I'm so worried about New Orleans and everyone there. Carla - we're thinking about you - please be safe.

I'm doing the Body Fat/Legs & Glutes Rotation. This morning was Legs & Glutes. Tonight is a 20-minute run.

Hi all, I did PS, PUB & part of MIS biceps and PS & PUB triceps and abs off of MIS today for my workout. Not too bad.

Morning Everyone,

I have a few days left of the Aug05 rotation and have decided to mix it up a bit. I'm just going to switch some days around so it fits my schedule better. The DD's start school on Thursday! Hipee! And I have to go to the open house for my youngest DD on Tuesday, so she can see her new school, meet her teacher, get her picture taken, and drop off all the supplies.

So today will be PS Back, Biceps & PS Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. That way I know I'm getting at least one day of working the upper body. This was the last day in the Aug05 rotation, and Cathe used the GS series. I thought I would change it up a bit.

Dutchie, my DD's are the same way. I get home from work and it looks like a tornado has landed in the house. You would think that they would learn to pick up before I get home. Because when I get home all they are doing is straightening up the house. :D

Thoughts and prayers go out to anyone affected by the hurricane.

Good Morning Ladies,

I am feeling rather guilty, I ate cake twice yesterday and all kinds of bad stuff, it was my dad and my sister's bday.

This Morning I did the Gaunlet and the ab ripper X.

I need to do a lot this week to undo the damage.
