It is 08:32 overhere and I'm ready to tackle my new job for the first time. Send some good vibes and positive thoughts my way and let's hope my new colleagues and job are not as boring as it seemed to be when I was there for my interviews. Don't know if I can get on the internet in this job, so don't know if I can keep up with all the posts.

Did Legs&Glutes this morning plus PS-chest.

Well, have to pack lunch etc. Job starts at 09 AM (till 17h30) and it's only a 3 minute car drive from home. That's good!!

Dutchie: Good Luck on the job. Can't wait to hear all about it.

Mariangeles: Great workout. I am waiting for my Power90x to come in. I have also decided to do freestyle training for my lower body. I am hoping Power90x is compatible. I think it should be.

Yesterday: GymStyle and PUB Shoulders, S&H Triceps plus 200 walking lunges. Lots of CleanMax. Saturday was my rest day and I was glad it was. The thermometer hit 101 F. The humidity was high too. All I did was mall walk and exercise my wallet a little.

Yesterday was steady state cardio and I ran/power walked for 50 minutes to keep my heart rate in the middle of my training zone. I also did CM #3.

Today is circuit day and I believe I am going to do Cardio and Weights. Haven't done this one yet.

Hi again, Cathy I hope you will receive the P90X soon. There is only one lower body workout in P90X: back and legs. It is a great workout with a few new movements and is done with lighter weights, for the most par. It really targets all of the muscles, even though most of it is unweighted. I like it because is pretty good and different. Jane enjoy C & W.

Hi Mariangeles Cathy and Jane! You guys have been pretty busy!

I am starting Freestyle today. So.. I am going to work legs, do Step Blast, then upper body and abs today. I'll have to get that book you all talk about. I did Freestyle last week on vacation and loved it. So I've decided to give it 2-3 months and see what results I get. Wish me luck!

Good Morning, Girls!

How was everyone's weekend? I had a great one! Saturday we went and saw Dukes of Hazard. Great movie, but if you don't like crude humor~don't watch! Jessica Simpson looked awesome. Makes me want to push even harder! Then we had a get together at my mom's and a bible study. It was a lot of fun. We haven't done that in a while. Sunday we went fishing. We filled the boat with the biggest Red Snapper I have ever seen. What a workout! That was my first time in the Gulf fishing. I have only been in the bay.

Workouts: Sat-30 min on treadmill & abs.

Yesterday I went for a really good run and did a segment of Coremax (#2).

This morning, I got up a bit early and did the CM Tough Abs premix. It starts with levitation holds, and somehow I managed to lift myself off the floor for all of them!!!:D

Later on will be Imax 3.

It's a chilly morning here in Southern Ontario and I'm back to work today.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was tricep work and lat pull downs. My DD did the tricep work with me and then she worked out her biceps as I had already worked mine. I beat her bf at arm wrestling twice and he is 18 and strong so I think that helped motivate her...Damn, it motivated me!

Today will be Chest and Back as I didn't get to it yesterday. 400 walking lunges with 15lb dumb bells. Core Max 1 and 2 later in the evening if my stomach muscles have calmed down by then. LOL!

Good Morning Fit Friends:)

Yesterday was Cardio Kicks , and so far today I've done MM upper body premix. Still need to do some cardio but I can't make up my mind. Am thinking maybe a walk/run on the treadmill for variety.
It's cloudy and kind of gloomy outside here in Ohio and I seem to be lacking motivation.

Morning Everyone,

Had great weather this weekend, so I'm not as tired as I usually am on a Monday. :D Lot's of people attended the faire on Sunday, and so did the wasps. They are multiplying as the season progresses. They are treating more people for wasp stings at first aid than anything else. Today will be MIC plus seg 2 of Coremax.

On Friday we won the championship game in volleyball. I think we get a T-Shirt. :eek:

Cathy...I think Freestyle is very compatible with P90X...you'll do great...

Jane...C&W is a good circuit...I like the abs also...

I've been adding back a few of the P90X workouts along with GS...so today I'll do Freestyle, KPC, abs and P90X Back & Biceps...

Hi again,

I did the upper body premix on MM earlier and just walked/jogged 2 miles on the treadmill. Am not a runner, but like to do that every now and then to change things up a bit.
Usually I like to try for 4 miles but DH & I had chinese food last night from a new place and for some reason we both had indigestion like crazy all night. I'm still not hungry this morning and stomach just feels "unsettled" but fixed myself a protein shake after jogging.

Hi everybody, Carole it is a long kickboxing workot.Now is 3:40 PM in my country and I have just done KPC and the cardio premix of Bootcamp. Later I will do Kenpo P90X and the core premix of bootcamp. I will use my stationary bike too.

Kim P90X is quite different from Cathe.One big difference is the sequencing. Cathe generally does all of one muscle group, then moves on to the next, while Tony does (for example) a shoulder exercise, bicep exercise, tricep exercise, repeat those three, then a new shoulder exercise, new bicep, new tricep, repeat.Another difference I can think of is the counting. In P90X weight work (with some exceptions), Tony gives you a range for reps, and you go at your pace. Cathe tells you how many, and does different counts for the moves (3 up, 1 down, etc).There are also some moves that I've never seen in a home workout before, like the "sneaky lunges," wall sits, and swimmer's press, to name a few. Oh, and there are lot of push ups and pull ups. You choose your own goal: 8- 10 reps to get maximum muscle growth and 12 or more reps to muscular endurance( You always have to feel those last three reps, which is the ticket to progress).There is no set number of reps you have to do to match anyone - it's not like any other workout I've ever seen that way. You decide your own range, and you stop when you've met your goal. The idea is to pick a range so the last couple reps are hard to complete, whether your weights are heavy or light In my opinion the Cathe's cardio is better than anything in P90X with the exception of PLYO P90x.If you are a cardio intensity junkie like me, you might not find Kenpo X or Cardio "challenging" enough for you, simply because you will never go anaerobic with this workout.Only Plyometrics can do that and it is so much fun.You have the option of sub Kenpo or Cardio with KPC, CK or other Cathe's cardio.

good morning ladies! i slept in today due to th efact tha ti was exhausted after yesterday's workout. i raked 2.5 acres and then bagged it all and then did GS tri/chest. i did make it through the first 3 sets of pushups. pretty impressive since i have never done more than the first 16. my chest is burning today!

today is cardio, legs and biceps. i also have a lot of errands to run and boot shopping to do so i better get a move on! have a great day and happy sweating!

Morning ladies. Well according to the current rotation I am doing I was supposed to take a rest day today, but instead I did MIC for the first time. All I have to say is "whoa!". That Hi/Lo just about did me in, but in a great way. I was struggling through the step afterwards, but I feel so accomplished because I got through it. Thank goodness the interval blast at the end is not that intense.

Hey everyone! Haven't checked in since last week b/c my inlaws were here. My hubby & I went away to a B&B overnight while my inlaws watched our toddler. We had the most amazing time!!

Haven't worked out much since we have been busy with the family. Saturday hubby and I did get to the gym for an hour spin class, heavy upper body, and abs. Today I cleaned like a maniac for almost 4 hours. I need my space back to clean & orderly before other things continue. Tomorrow will probably be IM3 & ME w/ maybe a CM added on.

Good afternoon everyone
This morning was GS Shoulders and LG ankle weights only, then a 40 min walk. It's such a beautiful day here and no humidity. Tonight will be some cardio, don't know yet, we'll see what kind of mood I'm in.:)
