Good morning fit ladies...

Tammy/Phyllis - Sorry about the abbreviations! LOL... I abbrev in my notebook I use to note my weights. I've heard Cathe called them "seated overhead presses" (tricep work). I think The Firm always called them french presses didn't they?

I'm feeling DOMS in my back from PUB yesterday. I feel it a little bit on the biceps. I'll probably be feeling it more as the day progresses.

Today is CTX kickbox, KM intensity drill, and StretchMax.

Well I weighed, measured and took pics...all I have left to do is get started so today is Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X.

Jane, Are you following Cathe's January rotation? You have been very good about following her rotations for several months now. I am horrible at it. I don't know how I'm going to stick with P90X even! :eek:

Phyllis, I hope you manage to find the motivation for your work out later. I know how tough it can be.

Good morning everyone,

Today was my extra cardio day for the January rotation. I did Steppin in Rhythm with Pam Cosmi, then ab hits. I needed a brain teaser like that this morning to get me fired up for the big game tonight!

I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme today and boy is that a workout. I stopped at the first cooldown before the core work and it was still 69 min. long :eek: . I thought it would never end, don't get me wrong it is a very good and fast paced workout and I liked it. I will have to work on the choreography some but it was very good.

The modifier on the workout is pregnant which was different to see. I kinda did in between Amy and the modifier.

I was sweatin' buckets by the time I finished.:+ :eek:

I did KBX last week sometime. I just love that workout!!! I just think that last combo is beyond fun.

You should do her HLX also, that one is set up the same way, and is alot of fun too.

I don't know about the hi/lo one, I was stumbling over the choreography on the kickbox one. I will have to do it a few more times to get it down. I might eventually get the hi/lo one of hers.

Daily Check-in

Good evening! This is another late check-in for me. I have been staying up too late at night and waking up just in time for my Bible study and workout. I did my beloved Rhythmic Step after my quiet time this morning. I am back on track with my Bible study and workouts. My rotation is balanced. I am enjoying a weekly rest day. My eating is intuitively clean. I am taking a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement every morning. I need to drink more water and get more sleep every night. That should restore my energy. It is time to start wrapping up this day so I can bless my body with extra sleep tonight.
