Carole: CoreSyn:7 ! I can't wait to tackle that baby again.
Bobbi: You hit the nail on the head. I've got flat feet and I have been having knee/hip problems that are getting worse. I had been using superfeet inserts, but I was fitted for custom orthotics and they should be ready this week. I can't wait!!
Wendy: MM is a must have...my faborite total body workout.
Sanra: Great job with GS/Chest. I hope your little one is feeling better.
Jane: I'm glad things are going better for you. Everything w/me is okay, except for my damn hip. I hope you can get some sleep soon...I know how you feelx( .

Tammy, get thee to the podiatrist. My custom orthotics saved my ablity to exercise and a pair of your own could be very beneficial to you. Good luck. I have a deep seated hatred of foot woes.
