circuit workouts make me sweat buckets, too. i will be doing circuit max today!

Today I'll be doing S&H shoulders and MIC Hi/Lo.

Phyllis: I sweat buckets with ciruit workouts too....those HCXtreme workouts are super tough.

Jenn: Enjoy your workout! CircuitMax is an oldie but most definitely a goodie!

Carole: AWESOME run yesterday. I haven't been able to run in such a long time because of my back, but it is healing slowly.

Sandra: LL and L&G are my favorite LB workouts. Are you all settled in now?

Today is my first official day of vacation.:) I have a 20 minute run and Musclemax on tap.

Tammy - Have fun with MIC and try not to have a heart attack during the HI part of the hi/lo:p

I just finished L& G this morning. I am in the process of tweaking my current rotation so I changed the order of things around a bit.

Jenn - I haven't done Circuit Max in ages! I really need to do that one soon.
Tammy - you are one brave lady - I haven't done MIC in ages and there is a reason for that!

Good Day Ladies:)

Another grey old day here:( I booked off today so I'll enjoy a longer workout to make up for an unplanned rest day yesterday. LowMax with 8lb med ball for blasts, CM with med ball and some yoga for hips/hams/lowback. We got a trampoline this weekend and I'm tempted to go back and get a rebounder, I forgot how fun it is to bounce around.

Phyllis, I sweat like crazy with circuits too and that one's a toughie, great job!

Jenn, enjoy CM, I love the cardio in that one!

Shelley, hope you've got better weather in your part of Ontario and can enjoy some outside time on your vacation.

Tracy, nice job with LG!

This morning is GS chest & triceps (always a fryer for me!) , ME abs and stationary bike.

I am missing my power walks outside in the sunshine!!!:eek: ;(
No sun here for TOO long!!
More rain forecast today , tomorrow and Wednesday! I'm starting to think about building an Ark !!!:p

Good morning! I did CTX Kickbox for the first time this morning. I always wear weighted gloves during kickboxing workouts, and my arms definitely got a good workout this morning. Cathe always slays my biceps too. This is another keeper. I think I still like Cardio Kicks better. It does not have any of those power scissors.

Conni, I visited Kari’s website and discovered that Two the Max is out of print. I was disappointed but kept searching and found one on Amazon! It is actually coming from the Dallas area, so I should have it soon. A Ya Ya bought Push, previewed it once, and is selling it to me for $7.00 with free shipping.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterdat. Tammy, glad to hear you're on the mend. MIC hi/lo ... you must be feeling better! :)

Saturday was a rest day (although it didn't feel like rest since we had a cookout for our mothers at our house :)) Yesterday was a 6 mile run, and today will be IMAX 2 . . . I hope :p ! ( I have early lunch plans today with my former co-workers, and one is meeting me here, so I've been doing the cleaning I was supposed to do yesterday this morning. The restaurant is about an hour away, and it's near a great mall, so by the time I finish, it'll be time to pick up the kids, and who knows what the evening will be like!)

Saturday was Bootcamp bonus combo. This was the second time I had done that one, I think I like it better than Bootcamp.

Sunday - RS and Step Heat abs.

Today - Kimberly Spreen kickbox bootcamp.

Morning ladies. Wasn't really online this weekend, so here are my workouts:

Sat - Went to the gym with DH. Did elliptical, ran on the treadmill and did some bicep work. It felt nice to use a gym again.

Sun - L&G followed by GS BSB.

Mon - Low Max follwed by Core Max #3. I was extremely surprised at how many calories I burned doing Low Max. I actually burned more calories doing Low Max this morning than I did the last time I did IMAX 3! I think I'll be doing this workout more often.:7

Leaving for vacation on Wednesday! These next two days are going to go by SLOW!

Good morning all you fit check-iners. I hope everyone had a funfilled weekend.
Phyllis, I read somewhere that as you become more fit, you have a tendency to sweat sooner during the workout and more.
Tammy, I'm glad your back is better.
Laurie, my neighbors had a trampoline when I was a kid. What fun it was.
Becky, we have a grey rainy day here too, but after such a dry April, I welcome it.
Shelley and Katie, happy vacation.
I didn't fit in a workout yesterday, but between some gardening and hauling a whole lot of wood around, I think I did some functional fitness. I woke up early this morning, so pushed myself to get out of bed and do some weight work for my back. This afternoon I plan on getting something aerobic done, either IMAX2 or KPC. Whichever appeals most. Hope you all have a great Wonderfulday.

Sandra...don't you just love Leaner ( Meaner) Legs!! That run wiped me out, but I needed the good night of sleep!!

I'd be happy to share our hot weather with any of you...I knew after all the rain we had the hot weather would come quick...95 today!!

I'll be doing a 4 mile run and P90X Chest & Back.

A frustrating morning for me - 15 min into my KickMax workout my dvd started having technical difficulties. By the time I got it working again I was out of time to workout. Hopefully it won't rain all day and I might be able to get in a good long walk later, but the forecast isn't making me too optimistic.

I'll just have to make up for it tomorrow. I'm planning Muscle Endurance and some cardio, just haven't decided which yet.

Wow - looking at what you all do makes me feel like a slacker. This checkin might be just what I need to kick me into gear.

I did 23 min. of Billy's Lower Body Boot Camp workout then did the 8 min. taebo to add a little more. Really didn't want to do anything but I did something.

Hi girls!

I'm very late today! I didn't get on the computer at all until this afternoon! Very unlike me! :)

Here's what I did this weekend....

Saturday: Kickbound Rebounding work out
Sunday: Rest
Today: MIS

MIS was scheduled as U/B and Abs only in the rotation but since I've had lots more rest days than usual lately I decided to do the entire thing.

Tomorrow will be all cardio...the gym, ofcourse...not sure if it will be a run, the elliptical or a spin class (haven't taken spin in a couple of weeks now!:eek: )...we'll see what happens.
