Daily Check in Mon May 15

Good evening everybody.
Well, I didn't get any WO's in this weekend becasue I came down with some bug. I was throwing up all night Saturday till about 4am Sunday! Misery! I lost 6lbs in one night! I rested Sunday to recover.
Had to take the little one to the dentist this morning, so I planning a treadmill run in a few, and hopefully a weight workout. My hubby and kiddies got me my barbell and 10lb dumbells!! Can't wait to try out the barbell!

Good evening fitness folks....


I did a step mishmosh today of Body Max step only, then MIC step only. 1 hour and 10 minutes of pure sweat!!!

I am trying to talk myself into L&G floor work now. It is 7 p.m. so I'll see if I head to the showers or back to the living room.

Okay, I talked myself into it. I did the L&G ankle weight premix and tacked on the stretch. Great little 27 minute leg w/o. I am really enjoying these free style leg workout.
