Today was another first time for me. I decided to try more yoga... A dvd I have owned quite a while as it was part of a collection. I did JM yoga inferno workout 1. Not traditional yoga, or so I am told. I have more or less never done yoga so I am no expert. After yesterday's KCM my upper body was pretty sore and esp the reverse planks were a killer. I followed the modifier as much as possible and still ended up sweating and trembling. There was some cardio so I did the best I could sometimes holding on to my stomach My upper body is pretty tired now. Will have to find some lower body perhaps barre style w/o tomorrow so my upper body can get a rest before I hit the weights again.
Elsie - I really do miss cardio. Don't forget all the step workouts I love on Cathe Live and kickboxing... That's all cardio. Most of the Cathe live have cardio elements that just hurt too much at the moment.
Sandy - I have an inexpensive Akai dvd player that plays all regions. Apparently there are a few dvd players on the market where you just insert a code using your remote during start up and then the region lock gets removed, but whatever you use for Cathe dvds will be fine for others too.
Shiobhan - I got an abnormal mole removed from my stomach last Thursday and got stitches. Mole has been sent off to the lab so I am still waiting for the outcome and praying it was just pigmentation. I have very pale skin with a lot of freckles and moles.
