Good Morning everyone.

Today is supposed to be elliptical or spin at the gym. I have basically been awake since 3am though so I don't know if my plan will happen...have to play it by ear.

Hope everyone has great work outs!
 
Morning everyone. My legs are a little sore from run last night, but nothing to bad. Feels good in a weird way.
I have cardio today, step, maybe Imax 2!! Oh Boy!
Have great WO's today!

good morning all! (I guess it is afternoon for you, Wendy ! sorry!)

Just finished MM - I took the whole weekend off as I was feeling really fried and worn out. This week is the beginning of my crazy summer travelling schedule which has me a bit worried about how to fit in workouts. I wish Cathe would do a dvd with just band exercises specifically for travellers.

I rolled over this morning and stayed in bed and slept through my workout time, so I guess I did ZzzzzMax this morning! I guess today will be my rest day...LOL!

Good Morning Fit Friends!

Yesterday was a 4 mile walk and Abs from LL.
This morning for the first time I did P90X chest, shoulders and triceps (in place of S&H) and it ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really tough but fast moving workout. I loved it !}(
Was also going to do CTX kickbox but am going to walk later instead. Just love the sunshine we are finally getting and want to get out there and enjoy it.

Wendy- Sat. night I couldn't fall asleep until 4am , then woke up at 6am for the day!!!! I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!!!
Maybe you can nap this afternoon??

Wendy - 3am is not the best time to start the day. Hope you get some rest later.

Becky - I hear you on that sunshine!!

Yesterday I did both PUB and PLB. I've got a touch of the DOMS, but it feels great, just the same.

This morning it was just Lowmax, the premix intervals 1-4. My PT exercises take so darn long that they're cutting into my workout time. I'm going to ask my PT if I can just do the stretches in the morning - that should give me an extra 20 minutes for working out.

I'm hoping to get in a walk later so I can enjy the sun.

Morning Ladies,

Another crazy weekend, so nothing happened in the workout department. I am happy to say that SB it today. I miss working out. I am leaving for Cali of Thursday and won't be home till Wednesday. I don't know how I am going to get workouts in. I think I will take KPC with me because I do most of that without any equipment. Anyway, have a sunny day
 
Gosh, it feels like forever since I checked in here. Between being sick last week and having house guests over the weekend, my workouts have suffered. I did manage to do RS last night. Today I plan on doing one of the Gym Styles, probably back, shoulders and biceps. Hope everyone has a great day.
 
It's a holiday Monday for us Canucks today so I got to do ZzzzMax (love that one Tammy!:)) and a long workout. I mish moshed big time today. CW step only, IMAX2 6-10, CW weights, SJP upperbody abs and stretch. It's freakin' cold here today, we got a freestanding basketball hoop and I have to put it together but can't get motivated to do it in the coldx(

Wendy, hope you get a nap today.

I'm back, I hope, school is pretty much over for the boys, evaluation is done so maybe I can focus on ME!!! Eating bad, stress still high and exercise being put by the wayside, sigh.

But nevertheless today is a new day and I did Billy's Cardio Bootcamp with weighted gloves and ankle weights doing abs during his tricep dips and a few other exercises that I can't do because of no bands. So it worked out nice because I got my abs in too.

So hopefully I am back and will get a full week in of exercise. Tomorrow they are coming to put in the carpet in the next room that we are done with so the boys can move back into their bedroom and out of their brothers room, he will be sooo happy to see them leave,LOL!!

Hi All!
New to the "gang"....but here goes....completed my gs back,shoulders & biceps w/ the ab tape today. Did pretty good. I'm having an especially hard day at work so I'm actually taking a break and am checking in early. It definetly gives me a sense of accomplishment when I attack my goals and hit them. You guys, some of you blow me away with what you do!! Great Job! Thank you for the welcome all! Sorry to hear about that 3am thing Wendy!! I'm terrible in the middle of the night...Makes me cranky and lethargic the next day.

I made it to the gym after dinner...somehow! LOL

I ran 2 miles and then did a 20 min ITrain Elliptical work out. I feel much better for having gotten it done.:)

I am hopin' like crazy that Joey sleeps through the night tonight! He is a GREAT sleeper overall though so I really shouldn't complain.;)

Daily Check-in

I did not get a nap in yesterday afternoon, but that is okay because I slept like a baby last night. Speaking of which, I went to my mentor’s home and rocked her newborn granddaughter last night. She was born a month early, and she is the tiniest baby I have ever seen. She looks like a baby doll.

I was too tired to attempt 10*10*10 last night, so I did the warmup and step routine from Step, Jump, & Pump instead. I love those power jigs!

There has been a change of plans for my rotation. I still did not have enough energy to tackle the CTX Series this morning, so I decided to try a Timesaver rotation this week instead. If I like it, I will stick with it for 3 weeks then return to the CTX Series after my trip in June. My next 3 weekends are full, so this will actually work better.

I did Timesaver 1 for the first time. It is a good thing I love the step choreography from Step, Jump, & Pump! The weight work is good (but not as intense as the CTX Series), and I like the bonus footage. It will be interesting to see if my chest and triceps are sore tomorrow. There are a lot of pushups in this one. Mercy! I definitely did not do those on my toes. I enjoyed the workout, but it felt incomplete to me. I am a cardio lover, and this one was a bit too short for my taste. That was easy to fix. I added the cardio and stretch from Timesaver 4. Perfect! I love Kick, Punch, & Crunch. I definitely want the Body Blast Series on DVD.
