So sorry Henriette about Magnus's knee. Knee injuries are never fun. Praying for a fast heal.

Today I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the elliptical then I stopped because my hip was killing me. I then did about 7 minutes roughly of lat pull downs, calf machine, leg press machine and rope pull down, then I went back to the elliptical and did 22 minutes more and ended with 12 minutes of floorwork abs and legs.

I wanted to do the step machine but a young lady got to it before I did.

Raining here today.
