Morning all!

Last night was Imax 2 (I got it for my birthday). I had done parts of it before on the Terminator workouts, but it's SO MUCH FUN as a whole. I really liked it a lot. I have a feeling I'll be reaching for that one frequently.

Tonight is GS BSB.
 
Good morning Shelley.. IMAX2 is one of my favorites.

Yesterday I was off and was able to do a marathon w/o. The Viper, abs from MM and HSChallenge, and 45 min full body stretch with Michelle LeMay.

Today is KPC without the abs.

Hello Shelley and Jane.

Today has an SS work out on tap but I may change it up and do the G-force work out. I got it a week or so ago and haven't had the chance to try it out yet...we'll see....:)

Pamela, I just went back and read the last of yesterday's checkins and saw your post. Yes, Joey had a MUCH better night last night! He went down early due to lack of sleep ;) and slept through the night w/NO issues! That's my boy!:+ Thanks for asking!:)

Today is slow and heavy bi's & tri's and AbRipperX. I hoping to fit a walk outside in there somewhere too.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

I have no desire to work out today...I don't know what is wrong with me...but since I took Monday off I'm forcing myself to work out. I'm going to do the step only premixes from C&W and SJP.

Shelley: IM#2 is my MOST favorite Cathe...it is the workout I had her sign on the road trip.

Jane: What an excellent workout yesterday...I have to remember that ab combination. I was supposed to KPC today, but it just isn't in me...punch a little harder and kick a little higher for me!

Wendy: Have fun with which ever workout you decide on!

Becky: I'm hoping to revisit the S&H series soon...AbRipperX is just a great ab workout.

I got a really good weight workout in yesterday! Felt great! Today I have errands to run so won't be able to work out. It's a shame, but I can't put off that other stuff.

Carole, I LOVE AbRipperX. I've only done it twice but really like how hard it works you. I struggle with the leg climbers at the end and also the ones (don't remember what he calls them) where you do a full sit up and then a partial one, but I'll keep working at it. ;-)

I can't remember if you said you have a pullup bar....if not how do you do all the chinups/pullups in the back and shoulder workouts??
I really don't have a good place for one and don't know what I'm going to do about that once I start a full rotation. Also did you follow his diet or just eat as clean as possible? I'm not good at eating what I'm told !!! Have never been one to follow a specific diet, but he really stresses that you follow his to a T !
Any suggestions?

My workout is done. I did S&H bi's & Tri's and matched Cathe's weight except for bb curls and I went #5 lighter. Also did AbRipperX.}( Will walk later.

Anyways, did Kari Anderson Two the Max and Ab hits. I must try to increase my Kari collection. Her cardio is just what I like, kinda dancy, good intensity, and not alot of TIFTing!

Becky...I think AbRipperX is very effective, I struggled with a few exercises there myself. I do have a pull-up bar with a weight machine I use. I know some ladies used heavy weight for one armed rows in place of the pull-ups. Also I think there is a door attachment (you might have to search thru the P90X threads) which takes up less room. I even think some tried a barbell balanced over 2 chairs and did pull-ups from the floor (if that makes sense). No, I never followed the P90X diet. I started my Vegan way of eating with my first round of P90X!. I would just suggest to try your best to eat clean, and make sure you get in enough water daily. Thank you for your compliment..:+ :)

Good morning! Add me to the list of IMAX2 lovers. I am so glad it was on my rotation. I am not sure I could have faced just any workout this morning. I got all fired up last night after watching American Idol and did not get to sleep until 1:00 a.m. and woke up at 5:00 a.m. for my Bible study time. Mandisa sang one of my all-time favorite worship songs. I have been hoping and praying that she would be bold enough to sing that song even though it would not be popular. Watching her brought such joy and delight to my heart and brought back warm memories of times with friends in New Orleans, Mobile, and Houston where Mandisa sang that live.

I did IMAX2 this morning followed by the abs from Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps.

Wendy, go for G-Force. It is a fun workout.

Conni, I love Kari Anderson’s floor aerobics. I highly recommend DanceWorks and Classic Cardio.

Heather I have to agree with you about Mandisa and the song she did. I didn't know that particular one although I do have my favorite christian songs. She sang it beautifully....:)...

Thanks for the G-force comment but I already finished Tone It Up! LOL That's okay though because I was considering doing G-force in a few hours after Joey goes down for a nap!}( If I do so, I'll come back and let ya know how I like it! You have a rebounder I gather? What other work outs do you have? What are your faves? I just ordered the urban rebounding compilation # 4. I have 1,2 and 3 already. I also want to order one of the Champion rebounding work outs at some point...one thing at a time though!;)

Morning all

Not a lot of time here VERY busy this morning. But, I need YOUR help last night I did Imax 1 (1-6) MIS UB & Abs.

This morning I did Kick Max. Tonight, I need to know if its’okay for me to do an Endurance workout such as Pour Hou or Muscle Endurance (gee haven’t rock that one in a long time)

My thoughts are to go extremely lite on all the UB moves. What’s your thoughts.
Or for tonight, should I just stick with let’s say…….GS Legs, MIS legs or Strong Legs & Abs.

Hi everyone,

Haven't worked out yet. Am supposed to do a 10K.

Couldn't get the workout in this morning cause I'd forgotten I was supposed to take my son to a meeting point at 6:45AM where he and a bunch of his class mates would get on a bus that would take them to some army compound where they would get an introduction of some kind. He's already been to the police and next week is the fire brigade. He's in a school where, besides the regulare subjects, he also learns everything about sports. He's already qualified to teach basketball, soft ball and badminton to age 4-12yrs. But, in his words, he can't stand the little ones. They're too noisy, don't pay attention, don't do what he tells them to, etc. I just smile and remind him he was once that age :) Anyways, he'd like to be a sports instructor when he's all grown up and that's what these introductions are for. Mind you, he's only 15yo.

After, I had an appointment with an instructor at this new gym I'm trying out. For spinning actually. But they do have some cool equipment. You get a sort of key that you stick in the machine (TM, elliptical, bike, whatever) and it records everything. It is then transferred to a computer and you can see your progress. Not just in statistics, but in a picture that shows how far I've run or cycled :) Cool! Not that I'll use it. So she had me work all the machines, including those for back, abs, shoulders and chest and loads of cardio. No biceps or triceps though. Thought that was odd. And every hour on the hour there's a 15min ab w/o with an instructor.

Tomorrow, after my spinning class, I'll hop in the sauna. I've also made an appointment for a sports massage. I think my legs (especially my calfs, could use it.

Now I'm still waiting for my son to call to tell me what time I should pick him up. But it's already time to start dinner...

Hmm, I'm babbling today:)

Morning ladies. Late check in for me today. It was a CTX kind of morning. I did CTX UB split followed by cardio from All Step. I was surprised at what a good sweat I built up doing All Step. I think that cardio section is so much fun.

Hello everybody

Today I plan on a premix once again of the low intensity step dvd, focusing more on weights.

Workout will be done late today since waiting for my WW meeting monthly weigh in this morning...still under goal :)but I feel yucky since TOM is approaching.

The day is wonderful so I also plan on taking a nice long walk in my subdivision.

I have not fed my body yet so I'm off to make myself a bowl of comfort food - old fashioned oatmeal :)

I'll try to peek in later on today.

I've gotten my motivation back.... did KM yesterday. I'm actually heading over to look at a gym near work (new company) with another woman and guy!

I just finished doing G-force! It was fun. I purchased those gloves that are sold for use with it. I have the 3# pair. They don't fit real well and put some uncomfortable pressue on my left wrist which has already been giving me some trouble. I may forgo them next time around. Possibly I can just hold 3# DB's instead??? Anyway...the work out was fun. It's different from the Urban Rebounding vids so it'll be a change of pace. I do personally prefer the U/R vids though but that's just me...
