Good Morning Wednesday to ya!

I will be doing Gilad Total Body Sculping at 8:30 on FitTV and then doing Bi's/Tri's to Cathe at 11am.
I didn't get to do aerobics last night as I said I would. I had shooting pains in my quads and just took a hot bath to soothe the aching muscles.

Morning, ladies:

Today was S&H bi's & tri's for me. I am finding that I have to modify some of the tri exercises, which seems so wimpy, but my elbow joints go click-click-click. Sigh. Some days I feel really old!

Marie- my quads are feeling almost normal this morning, but I am going to play it safe and not do any lower body workouts day...thanks so much for asking.
I guess we will be doing the same workout this morning. I know, I hear clicky-click noises in most of my joints. Especially the ole' knees. I felt old yesterday...about 70, but today I feel like 20! Weird, huh?

Hi ladies,

I am under attack by hordes of chocolate easter eggs. They're everywhere!! I am fighting them off, but am getting weaker.... need help.... help..... :+

Mon - Legs&Glutes
Tue - S&H chest and biceps PLUS 7K run
Wed - Leaner Legs including abs. Ever done reverse crunches with ankle weigts? my my.... And when I did the leg presses with ankle weights, I caught myself checking the high step height, cause it seemed more difficult to me :) PLUS floor work off of Legs&Glutes starting with the leg extentions. Will go 6K inline skating (or roller blading, what's the difference?) before dinner with son no.2)

Good morning ladies....

Yes Charlotte...ease up on those legs. I've never had shooting quad pain but they have hurt after a long run with downhills and I feel I walk funny!!

Carla....I really like that GS workout, have a nice run.

Marie...can you back down on the tricep weight and not feel the clicks??

Dutchie....Good to see you...:)...reverse crunches with ankle weights?? I think you could be developing bionic abs...I just hate it when those darn Easter Eggs chase me around....I'd like to try rollerblading....

Wendy...we are having rain here too...:(...I was puddle jumping on my run yesterday!

Morning all. Last night for the first time I did the Boot Camp core premix. I really liked it. It worked my abs well and went by so fast.

This morning I did IMAX 2 and, since a few of you on another post said that you did the happy dance with her at the end of Interval 9, I decided to join in as well. It actually made me smile and feel a little better.

Hope everyone has a great day! I can't wait for my new DVD's. Hurry, hurry, hurry!!!

Today is pilates and a 4.5 mile hilly jog :) Its beautiful out today, so very excited to get outdoors! Last night was PLB, ouch on the legs - those stability ball moves get me every time and talk about calf burn. I never posted yesterday - - - I was online and then was reading through and forgot to post my workout. Oh well, got caught up today.

hey ladies! today i did ME and after my lunch settles i am heading back into the war zone to do Imax 3.

i ordered PLB/PUB today and now i have to wait for it! i hope it gets here right after my freddy shoes!

Good workout day today. I did Bootcamp from FitTV (getting a copy for my bday soon...yeah) and then Imax Extreme from the Terminator video. Oh my the muscles are feelin' toasty but nice! It feels so good when you are done - what an accomplishment :)

I did MIS warm up then shoulders and since I am just not into working my legs lately so I did an advanced taebo instead using my new weighted gloves. :eek: :)

Does anybody else just get in those moods where you just don't feel like working a particular body part and nothing you can say or do will change your mind? That was me today when I was supposed to be working my legs, none of my workouts looked appealing and I just didn't want to do it. It has been this way for a while now.:+

First I blamed my toe because it hurt but now with my new anti-inflammatory that isn't a good excuse anymore, sigh. I can't step anymore until I get my orthotics back from the foot doctor so I have been kickboxing for cardio so that does work your legs.

Anyway I am rambling so I will stop now, plus it is doing nothing but raining outside so it is a dreary day on top of it all!!;( :+ :(
