I let myself get behind too and it stinks but when I finally get it together and start gettin' everything cleaned up I feel soooo much better! Hope you had a good walk/run today!
 
I rounded out my workout this evening with MTV Pilates Mix routine #2. Love, love that workout!

Sooo, I IMAX'ed this morning with #1, did PS biceps, and finished up with Pilates.... I feel like I accomplished something today.
 
Hi all,

Today I was supposed to do PLB and a 20-min run, but I was pretty (read: extremely) sore and just didn't really have the energy (I know, excuses, excuses) so I ended up doing 15 min. of All Step and 15 min. on my trampoline and airglider. Tomorrow I will pick up with the Rotation I'm doing (Aug. 2004)
